@Your Car, light is a particle/wave (wave particle duality theory). Darkness is a vacuum, lack thereof anything. So darkness is empty space.

@Your Car, Black holes are the ultimate mediator of darkness, and are powerful enough to bend light backwards upon itself, thereby reducing lights speed. Also, lights speed is a variable determined by the substance it is moving through, it is only constant in a vacuum with nothing acting upon it.

Answers in order of panels: I'm not entirely sure about that, the wheel, dark is an adjective so it doesn't have a speed, phonetic is spelled the way it sounds, it's a Greek word so they used the letter Phi for the "f" sound, which is the same as our "ph", I can't think of another word for synonym other than "same", and lastly: no I have not.

Speed of darkness is the speed of light being removed from an area, so it's the same as the speed of light.
