This is how i feel having an android and seeing my friends with iphones.
@SamX4ever, but literally everyone I'm friends with has an iPhone, so it makes it easier for things like group texts and all that
@Mashed Potatoes, are you saying that only iPhones have group text?
@SamX4ever, I had a person tell me google copied apple when they made my phone...I have a nexus 4
@SamX4ever, Be proud with a android, my fellow droid brother.
With Apple finally getting the NFC thing, I feel like dumb fvcks are gonna think Apple came out with it first.... Which makes me sad /: #GalaxyForLife
@SamX4ever, personally I'm a Motorola person, but seeing as Motorola is actually owned by Google, I suppose it's a fully Google phone..?
Sorry unrelated, but after 2,5 years of stalking comments I finally registered an account. Hi everyone !!!

@I shjt you not, I keep checking, but it's harder to go further back! What'd you say?

@Ima6pack, usually, you need to go to your settings, then notifications. Find funny pics and select it to "on"
@I shjt you not, so back to it, How do I get notifications !?
@Mrs Funnypics, sorry, I just suggested the same thing StuckPixel did for you. Other than that, I'm not sure what to do but hope for a fix in their new update

@AssassinManatee, welcome to the club
@AssassinManatee, We're gonna have a problem here...
@Jordan Horse Rider, if you come back to this try: turn your notifications off, delete the app, reinstall the app, verify notifications are turned on. Reply if you do this
@I shjt you not, I GOT THE NOTIFICATION FOR THIS REPLY
@Mrs Funnypics, awesome!! *throws confetti*
@NarwhalAssassin, Are we? We are brothers in the same creed, no need to fight!
Android users unite!
Seriously though, does the iPhone 6 or iOS 8 have anything superior to the newest Android phones. Like, I'm pretty sure the Galaxy S5 beats every spec, and it came out before iPhone 6. Then, pretty much every new iOS 8 feature already exists. Don't hate this comment, I'm just saying what I see.
@Spartan 999, To be honest, the specs aren't that important when the iPhone has a much more usable operating system, and doesn't crash every time you have to do something. And there are many features on the S5 that people brag about having but very seldom use. As far as I'm concerned let Samsung take all the risk with seeing what features people want, then let Apple cash in on it when they do it better. Hate me all you want but Apple still makes a better product in my opinion.
@Spartan 999, It's all based on preference. iPhone 6 is built a lot better than Galaxy S5 (aluminum compared to plastic). Galaxy has more RAM, but Apple optimized iOS 8 to run well on less RAM. The rest of the specs aren't that different, memory wise they're the same if you get a microSD card for your Galaxy, camera has minor differences, as does the screen. Like I said, it's all based on preference.
@Thabeef57, I agree with you. Apple carefully watches what other companies do and make things for their users, not just a ton of features.
@Thabeef57, Fair enough, you make valid points.
@Spartan 999, well honestly, nothing is really superior about the IPhone from other smartphones except the name apple. It's the same thing as people talking about X1 vs PS4 or the PSP(and others) vs DS. It's really about preferences, because the are generally the same with small specifically minimal differences. I mean I'm a X1 Microsoft fanboy but seriously if I wanted, I could build an extremely powerful PC.
@OriginalName022, Other Companies: You can do whatever you want! Apple: You can do what we've decided you want.
@Spartan 999, so where does the HTC One M8 fit into all this?
@The Ancient One, as an Apple customer I believe that it works well because I'm not overwhelmed by the choices and their products have all the features I need.
@Thabeef57, They are very much the same thing, but a Samsung costs a lot less.
Feel like a phone outcast nowadays since I'm still with my iPhone 4S (which was a gift, not specifically a choice) but since it still works, I haven't cracked it at all, and I *cough* may have jailbroken it *cough* I see no reason to upgrade to anything else but android users hate on it being an iPhone and apple users hate on it for being old .__.
@Ry Or Am I, woo! 4s! I still have mine too due to the fact I'm fvcking broke and can't afford a new one. Of anything. I can't even afford straight talk if I wanted to.
I have an iPhone because I genuinely like apple phones. Fvck me, right?
The deal breaker on the iPhone for me is the lack of external storage, I have 128 GB of music on an SD card
I've had Apple iPod devices since they've started so I'm just continuing my purchases. Ex. I had a shuffle, then a nano, then an Itouch then lastly my iphone 5 (I mostly use my devices for music)
They forgot "I'm white" on the iPhone chart
@Phat Bastard, I'm white and I got an Android you racist.
@Phat Bastard, check 116846 douche.
@Big Band, so did I so who's racist now huh?... Oh wait still me
@Phat Bastard, top kek
I think it's pretty cool that on Android you can develop your own apps and stuff, and being directly linked to Google stuff (having a search bar at the top of the screen etc.) is nice too. I can see why people like iPhones though, because they're sleek (not saying that some android phones are, but still..), made of aluminium and have a user-friendly OS. Android's OS is good too, but sadly did not have a Siri or Corvana type thing on it- yet? It does have voice search, but it isn't quite the same.
As a iPhone user I can confirm this
All I ever hear is android bashing on iPhone, yet Iphone leads in sales. Get over it
@towelbot, in the U.S. sure but, in the global market Samsung is king. Beating Apple with twice as many units sold.
@towelbot, yea Steve Jobs sells a lot of Iphones... Oh wait...
@towelbot, get rid of all the teenage white girls at Starbucks and the iPhone sales would be much lower
@towelbot, actually iphone may beat specific devices that run android but there are easily far more total android sales than iPhones
My pie chart on a jail broken iPhone: 100% I do whatever the hell I want
I'm just saying that I'm surprised apple hasn't seen any lawsuits
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, what, because it's bigger?
@TamblanTheBrick, no because Apple has been stealing ideas from Android and even BlackBerry for years.
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, "Your Honor they stole our idea!" "And what idea was that?" "Big!!!" "Sir you can't steal 'big'."
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, well yeah and Android has sued them over it. But Android has undoubtably stolen things from Apple and probably even other companies over the years. These days as long as it isn't like a carbon copy you can get away with it.
@TamblanTheBrick, no they stole the idea of swipe, the form of typing. Not to mention the notification bar that they copied from android years ago.
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, well considering the back looks like a HTC and it's shaped like a Samsung, I don't think they're in a position to sue
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, correct me if I'm wrong but don't Androids utilize a wheel-shaped menu format? Yeah, Apple has the copyright documents for that. Captain Kirk-1 Tamblan-1
@TamblanTheBrick, no Captain Kirk: 2 You:0
@Pharaoh, I see both points but we've gotten to a point where the chocolate bar shape is hard to escape. Pretty much every phone looks the same if you squint at it
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, why are you stealing my points? You can check that fact it's right. Granted it's effed up; Apple got that copyright after android had been using the wheel menu for a while. The US Copyright policies are really lenient. You don't even need a hard copy of the idea. As long as you have a room of witnesses you can sue someone for "stealing" your idea
@TamblanTheBrick, all I'm saying is that in the phone industry everyone steals from everyone, Samsung, HTC, Apple, Nokia, etc. Its a competitive industry where everyone's trying to best each other, and sometimes the easiest way to do that is to play dirty. It's like in politics, everyone spies on everyone, it's just agreed upon that you don't go as far as to make it blatantly obvious or get caught. I'm not defending Apple for their copyright infringements I just want to point out that Android does it too because this is a consumer world and corporations happen to be filled with a few greedy scumbags
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, both Apple and Android have stolen quite a bit from each other, the initial Android platform had to be heavily changed after a lawsuit from Apple due to the fact when Android came out they pretty much stole every idea straight down to icon design. The main question here is who cares? Both phone types have strengths and while the Android phones usually have stronger hardware the iPhone's consistently outperform on less because iOS is more optimized. It's the same argument as Mac vs PC, Apple is better for productivity tasks and up front use and Android is better for entertainment tasks.
@TamblanTheBrick, I have an HTC One M8 and I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Neither this nor my previous Droid DNA has a wheel shaped menu.
@Magnamon, I googled it and there were some good results I suggest you do the same. I'll be honest my gov teacher told me about it I don't really know much on the topic
Except no, this isn't why. This is just ignorant at this point in time.
There are two type of Apple fanboys, the type that will buy anything from Apple for no true reason. And the type that will bash Apple products for no true reason. The best reason they have is "because android is better" or some stupid comment like that. THIS IS COMPLETELY OPINIONATED. If you like android, good for you. If you like Apple. Good for you. Shut the fvck up and just use your phones.
The people who liked this are android users people who disliked it are iPhone users and then there's me who has neither still a non smartphone guy
Yeah, like iPhones don't have free apps or free pirated apps? This chart is kinda retarded
@Jeffyg3, Download one app not from the app store without jail breaking it.
Sorry but I like Android better.
I actually like Iphones. And i started with an ipod for music and since then it has just carried over and its easy and I know i know all the nick nacks. There is no point in learning all that with an android.
I think iPhones are better because Apple worries about the performance and not just bragging about specs, which is why iPhones do a lot better on benchmarks than most competitors which have better specs.

That's 100% true. *shuts off iPhone and goes to bed*
I bought an iPhone because I've had an iPod 4 for 4 years and really liked it so I decided to upgrade to a phone (also my iPod is slightly broken so I wanted to get a device that wasn't broken)
I got an iPhone 5c as my first phone a few months ago because I already knew how to use mobile iOS supporting devices since I had an iPod touch, and it was almost free because of the plan we use. It was a tough decision, as I hate Apple with a passion. Cost and my familiarity with it is what drove my choice.
I got an iPhone because my flip phone and iPod broke around the same time. I STILL have an iPhone because I've bought so many songs, I feel I'm too far in a hole.
