Alright. Soylent Green is the staple foodstuff in a science-fiction utopia, it's more famous than the book itself, which I think may be set post-apocalypse. Basically everybody just about gets by, but the old, disabled and sick disappear. Metaphorically it's about the state controlling man's nature, and man's savagery finding a method of manifesting itself in the absence of war and violence.
