@Noice, yes. Basically we expect the president to control what laws are being passed (idk why it's not his/her job) and then get mad when our deadlocked Congress doesn't ever do anything and blame the President. Also we put pressure on them to make changes so they use executive orders but then we say they are abusing executive powers. presidents can't win here
