He said: "this year I'll finally pass 7th grade or I'll shoot up the place"
@JewishXenu, funny but hits too close to home
Student: someday I’ll graduate.
Teacher: t-t-t-today junior!

But there is a comma.
There’s a comma between “18 year old” and “seventh grader.” They could be two separate kids who both threatened the school.
Sounds about right. Florida was big on holding kids back until a later age to start school due to “emotional maturity” or some other bogus reason. Because apparently children who aren’t very emotionally mature are too dumb to start learning the alphabet or math. So they weren’t ready for kindergarten.
Although I’ve heard they’ve since lowered the School starting age for children. But it will take several years for them to catch up with other states.
What's going on down there in Florida?! Is Florida even real?! We don't deserve Florida.
When I was in 8th grade we had a 17 year old in our class. It was kind of sad. He could barely read.
