Google books, Google newsstand, Google speak, Google Google, Ant radio service, Ant radio service +, Samsung text to speech (239 megabytes big I might add), and mother fvcking Google Hangouts... I hope all my android friends can relate
@Arctic Ryder , You can still disable them, there's an option for that in App Info.
@Arctic Ryder , stocks, weather, calculator, news, compass.
@Komrad Krunch, I uninstall all updates and don't use them, they're still just always there, lurking
@Arctic Ryder , Most Android phones will have a disable option below Uninstall Updates.
@iOS9, I actually use all of those except stocks ._.
@Arctic Ryder , just got a new s5 from a warranty issue and had to turn all those off today. I'm sure I missed a few that will pop up soon. I can't get Picasa photos to stop even by disabling.
@Arctic Ryder , If you root, you can uninstall all of them
@Arctic Ryder , you can delete these on Blu phones
@iOS9, find friends... Jk I need that one
@Arctic Ryder , nexus phones are about the only android phones that don't come with all that bloat ware plus they receive android updated sooner
@iOS9, phone, messages, AppStore, settings. The list goes on.
@Horse Lime, O_o
@Arctic Ryder , The one that pisses me off is Verizon's NFL zone. Sends me alerts on NFL news. I don't even like football.
@Horse Lime, Watch
@gnava011, carrier bloat is the worst... I had a bunch of att crap and I'm thinking, you got these services I have to pay extra sitting here next to Google's free service that does the same thing?
@Arctic Ryder , my HTC one has 31 apps that I can't uninstall. I hid them all and stopped updates but it still takes up a lot of room.
@Arctic Ryder , you'll want ant radio service if you want Google play music to work, Text to speech is the basic voice for any voice in an app that doesn't have sound files for a custom voice, books and newsstand don't use that much, and Google is good for using okay Google commands but I'm the only one who uses it for convenience tho
@Arctic Ryder , root that shjt
That's a woman, not an app
@Lord Commander Snow, *triggered*
I decided to get a phone that runs stock Android for this exact reason.
There are apps on the store that remove/disable/uninstall these pre-installs factory apps.
If you're afraid to remove some due to now knowing what could happen, download Z speed.
@The Great Wang, not possible on all devices
@The Great Wang, doesn't that void the warranty, though?
Gotta love root, uninstall all that sh!t
@Macaroni Jesus , or custom rom that goes even further and let's you pick what you want. It's pretty great
Like system 32?
Since my dad works for the cable company and their customers get free antivirus software and free support with internet subscriptions, my phone has the mobile version of it. It has a feature to uninstall apps permanently including preloaded ones. Bye bye Google+ and other miscellaneous android Google products
Don worry, they're there to spy on you.
*cough* *cough* root *cough*
Huh? She's a person.
Not on android 😉
Google nexus ftw
Just disable them
@Vesrox, they take up space though
@Angel of Chaos, still better than having them on your screen
