Console gamer can't relate 😕
@funny pic veteran, poor pc gamer can't relate
@funny pic veteran, Eh, at least we don't have to worry about if we can run the game in the first place or not.
@funny pic veteran, turns game on, works the first time, pc gamers can't relate
@CrazyRightWinger, however the mods for gta 5, I'm jealous of
@Zhao the Poon Slayer, yeah you do because you don't have backwards compatibility lol
@RAM Card, Xbox one does. And ps4 has PSnow. But I meant with now releases. Not older games.
@Zhao the Poon Slayer, give it a few years and new releases won't be supported anymore by your system
@RAM Card, Well, yeah, that's what happens. New consoles will be released.
@CrazyRightWinger, if they get ultra settings auto selected, it will run just fine. If you are talking about bugs, well, consoles have their fair share of that.
@ArnoldSchwarzenegrer, PC gamer in deep debt now, can relate
In all of Starkiller base you'd think I could find a computer terminal able to play games on ultra quality. Traitors...
@Captain TR8R, *Tommy Wiseau voice* Ahahah! What a story, Mark.
When I got skyrim for pc this happened to me and I came
@rjlc100, I had skyrim for like 2 years and could barely even run it on low, then around Christmas this year I was able to afford a new card and when it set to ultra I nearly got a heart attack
@El Stud 69420, I accidentally down voted this gentleman so everyone up vote to counter it
Can't relate. Has never happened. 😭
If anybody needs help picking out parts for any PC build, let me know. ^~^
@Colorful Nipple, yeah actually I've recently been thinking about buying a PC (my family has owned a Mac for years) and I know basically nothing about how to build or maintain computers. Any advice you could give me would be appreciated
@Daynste, If you're wanting to learn the basics, I recommend a YouTube channelc LinusTechTips. They are how I got into building. They offer budgeted builds, and reviews for every product you can think of. What kind of PC were you wanting to build (i.e. gaming, workstation, home theater)?
@Colorful Nipple, I'd probably be gaming on it mostly. Then just streaming videos and movies off the internet
@Daynste, I highly recommend the GTX 970, it's the best graphics card for the money, I have one, paired with 8gb of RAM (you only need 8 for gaming), and an AMD 9370 8-core (people say AMD isn't good. Don't listen to them, I have personal experience to say it is great, if not better than the 4-core Intels.) My build cost me $1,158 and can run any game out, at maxed settings at 60 fps or higher, with an exception of some Alpha games (DayZ and Squad because their renderers are not optimized yet)
@Colorful Nipple, at first I'm thinking of just going with an off the shelf computer, what would you recommend I look for? For example you already mentioned I need 8gb of ram, what else should it have?
@Daynste, Off the shelf PCs can cost about 25% more for the same stuff, just a heads up. Are you looking for highest possible settings on every game? Or just playable settings to get you around 60 fps?
@Colorful Nipple, I just don't know what I need, or how to build my own or else I would. Right now I just want decent settings and eventually I'd upgrade
@Daynste, Graphics card, i would role with a GTX 750ti (the regular 750 might do it too). CPU: Intel i5 4690k. RAM: 8gb. HDD (storage): Western Digital Blue 1TB. SSD (Solid State Drive) is optional, i would go with a Samsung Evo, your choice on capacity. You only need SSDs for your Operating System and a few games with long load times (Battlefield games, Elder Scrolls) Get a cheap $20 BluRay / DVD player so you can install your OS. And finally for cooling, I highly recommend liquid. For liquid: go with the Corsair H100i. For Air cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Liquid is more expensive, but it helps keep your internals cooler for longer, and expand the life of your rig. Oh, and pick up 1-2 extra case fans (they are like $8), they help with the air flow.
@Colorful Nipple, is that everything I need to build my own cpu? Also what do I do about maintaining both the physical computer and internal (anti-viruses, etc.)
@Daynste, physical, i would say dust every now and then with compressed air. vacuum the filters too. software, scan once a week, dont get on any fishy websites or download random stuff.
Step 1: Lie down
Step 2: Try not to cry
Step 3: Cry alot
When you have to play Fallout 4 in a windowed low quality.
Laptop's a year old, can't relate
When your Nvidia 770 twin fozr can't handle ark survival evolved 😧
10.30am Sunday morning UK dude
Rant time. I've been at work all night and the person I've been working with has done NOTHING!!!! So my butt is gone (because I worked it off) and now I'm tired and my shift still has a few hours left and theres still work left to do..........ugh
@Lespie, well you coulda stepped up and gave the person a job completion list, shared jobs. If they chose not to do the jobs the manager will see who is responsible and who is the harder worker. (you dont want them taking credit for your hard work) 😥😳😩
Also would be funny if they had a account on this app too and read your comment and thought to themselves "hey that sounds like my night, I did FA and lespie did everything!"
Wouldn't know, too poor to even afford a low quality PC..
I Hope I wake up for work that happy in the morning....
@Warrenchickenlover88, well I mean it's 4 Am
