@k151rumm, in any scenario I don't understand people dropping their trash anywhere and not thinking about picking it up. But if a company throws a party I see no reason why they shouldn't be fined for crap like this.

Yeah, I live in new jersey and all of the trash from new york somehow always ends up on our shores. I heard they even made a reality show about it a couple of years ago

The only time I litter is Mardi Gras in New Orleans. And every night after the parades we have street sweepers and crews come clean the streets.

When i was on vacation in soutj carolina, i actually cleaned up the beach. The locals thanked me. Its not hard to refrain from being a huge turd.

Ok I get it sucks for the beachside residents but I don't think your post would stop someone from partying at the beach for the opportunity to party in their normal city.
