@Smittyfromda805, When I was in Afghanistan last, I was on a Sat call with my then - girlfriend. We started getting mortared and attacked with small arm fire from far away, and our .50 immediately started firing. I dropped the sat phone and went and did my job, but wasn't given a chance to call her again for another 3 or 4 days. She was a mess from it all. It's stressful stuff to be left in the dark

@The New Night Guard, I've donated blood 23 times so far. Absolutely nothing to worry about. Just make sure to drink plenty of fluids and don't do any strenuous activity until the next day. Don't want you to be light-headed or faint! Fun fact, I'm also a nurse! Got my RN degree in May 2015, and am taking the state boards in four days! Wish me luck!
So like I'm on a video skype call with this amazing girl who's currently living in Guatamala and all of a sudden she says she hears explosions and starts screaming and her mom is yelling at her to put all electronics down and get to her room and then the call cuts out and she's offline... I've never been more concerned or worried about something/someone in my entire life
