"Mom and son in grocery store bathroom" -Pornhub
@Pikachusmother, what kinda porn are you watching?
@Idiot, obviously the best kind - Sigmund Freud
@Vesrox, I thought it was who Oedipus said that
What about for vegans and cross fitters
@Alexswift, and transgingers
@Alexswift, cross fitters use the bathroom up the flight of stairs, 12 miles away
@Alexswift, vapers need a place too
@Alexswift, only if they can talk about it
@Alexswift, vegans prefer going outside in the forest. But thanks for being considerate of them
@Alexswift, you take them outside. No pets allowed inside.
This is also why they have family bathrooms.
@JaH1995, but what does the q stand for? Quasimodo?
@Blackfrost273, oooh your right. He doesn't have a family. My bad.
@Blackfrost273, jk. That looks like a handicap sign.
I thought it was normal when a mom took her young son into the women's bathroom or vice versa for a dad and his daughter.
@CriTiKa1, it's honestly kinda weird taking my daughter into the men's room at a store or having to do it at the gym. I wish they had unisex bathrooms at our gym.
@CriTiKa1, the only problem I have with this, as a dad of 2 daughters, is the men who can't lift the seat to take a piss. I bring my little girl in to pee and have to completely clean up after a stranger. Makes me so effing mad.
@big freedom, I agree with that completely. I can't stand wiping up some dudes piss cuz he can't get it in the bowl
@big freedom, this is my main problem with taking my daughters into the men's room
Hey, watch how many people comment about bullshjt while showing that they didn't actually read it
Why so many downvotes smh
"Yeah, it means lettuce, gay, bacon, and tomato" -Riley Freeman
I mean, they could have more than one unisex bathroom. I'm sure they already just had the one unisex bathroom and just rolled with it
Kroger is the best
I'm loving all the support for equality here, I mean even the Israeli army have same sex restrooms without many sex assault issues. freaked me the f*ck out at first but then it doesn't matter, everyone's just there to poop and shower.
I'm sorry, could someone fill me in? If there wasn't the sad small percentage of molesters and such, this seems fine. I mean, molesters and such could easily enter gendered bathrooms as well, so I don't see how that makes much difference.
This seems like a decent idea to me, and I don't mind if it isint a funny picture- but if it is meant to be a funny may I have an explenation please oh kind community? Thank you.
@AdmiralMikasa, I don't think it's meant to be funny. Sometimes there's just interesting pictures on here.
One of the buildings on my campus has a gender-neutral restroom (labelled as such). I think I'm the only one who uses it. It's never been a problem. People who don't want to use the single-occupancy room just use the gendered bathrooms.
@Ruupasya, I think that's exactly how it needs to be, a separate bathroom. All this HB-2 crap is killing me. Just put a third bathroom, and be okay with yourself
@Ruupasya, Oh, thanks. Yeah the idea of just have single bathrooms that have stalls that actually touch the ground nation wide (isonyourside) sounds nice.
@Simetricwl , honestly HB2 isn't even enforceable so they need to repeal it. No one is gonna Cary a birth certificate around. Also transgender people aren't a "third gender" (not saying there are only two) they belong to the gender they identify as therefore use they bathroom that aligns with that. They should have a neutral one for gender neutral people and everything else stated in the pic. Sorry for the long comment.
@Mine Turtle, yea, I understand exactly what you mean. It is not a third gender, I see how that was confusing in mine. But something needs to happen, because a guy could say he's a girl and walk in a girls bathroom, which is not okay. Transgender is being the gender you decide, whether or not you had some sort of surgery, I understand.
@Simetricwl , yes but a law is not going to stop someone from being a predator it never has. And if a guy that isn't transgender walks in they'll just kick him out. I'm talking about people taking estrogen/testosterone and actually look somewhat like their preferred gender. HB2 was directly aimed against transgender people.
@Iron Vader, lol
Or you know go to the bathroom that matches your genitals it's not that hard
@LuciferXiaoRose, Everyone boycott this comment. Funny pics does not discriminate like NC.
@LuciferXiaoRose, hear, hear
@ericb, oh no differing opinions.....RUN!
@ericb, What's happening in North Carolina is BS. Liberals love complaining about corporations lobbying in DC. But they're praising corporations doing the same thing in NC because it fits their agenda. Corporations boycotting NC is no different than the lobbying in DC.
@CriTiKa1, you misguided bigot
@LuciferXiaoRose, we are the minority but I agree
@MEXIKODRO, only by 5 but then against can't rely on it not being a troll.
So all I have to do to get in the lady's bathroom now is say I identify as a lady. It's a perverts utopia.
@BlazingBowman, i love how you think that everyone goes to the restroom so they can spy on other people
@BlazingBowman, there's a proposed law in my state that would require people to use the bathroom of their birth sex. I'm a trans dude. I look like a guy. I honestly think women would be uncomfortable with me in the bathroom with them - a man invading women's space.
I just want to pee. Trans women just want to pee. Just let us have that basic human right. We're not trying to hurt anybody.
@Ruupasya, but you have the right to pee. Just in a different space
@Ruupasya, I personally am not LGBT, but I can't imagine all of the hate, discrimination, and odd looks they have to go through just for being who they are. I think of every LGBT person as a hero for human rights and the modern age.
@Tyrellious, why not just let them use whatever bathroom they identify as? Its not like they are rapists or something. They are just regular people trying to take a piss.
@ericb, they have the right to take a piss. I don't think they are rapists. I just think there is potential for someone (who wouldn't be transgender btw) to misuse the law. Granted I also believe it shouldn't be up to the federal govt, but to individual locations. I was only correcting some imprecise language. A person has every right to take a piss. No one on either side is trying to prevent someone from pissing
@Tyrellious, why not just let people use the bathroom they identify with?
@ericb, I'm fine with a company letting them use whichever bathroom. I just don't believe anyone should be made to.
@Tyrellious, so basically you want to legalise discrimination.
@ericb, nope. I want to keep the government out of places it doesn't belong, limit its power, and see if my predictions hold true for the next sjw cause once this blows over.
@Tyrellious, how about limiting the power of corporations instead?
@ericb, why though? What do corporations do that is so bad? Cheap foreign labor? Having too much money? Pollution? Be specific
@Tyrellious, Destroying the environment and abusing the system, manipulating democracy, terrible treatment of people, greedy, etc.
@ericb, well if they pollute, they usually have to pay for it. In heavy green taxes. Greed is everywhere. As for democracy manipulation, that is up for debate, depending on how much one buys in to certain conspiracy theories. But I believe the govt does it as much as certain large corporations. Terrible treatment of people is subjective. While certain corps do, certain corps don't. And workplace quality of life differs from country to country as well. (Though slavery is wrong in any country. I'm looking at certain African mineral slave mines that companies have been using) and though is agree that some do abuse the system, of we create a system where no one can get a competitive advantage, I think we'd lose a lot of companies.
@ericb, I do understand our difference in opinions. And I understand why you don't agree with me. I simply believe differently than you do. Though I'll stand right beside you in calling out companies on bad practice. I just don't think it's the job of the govt
@Tyrellious, then why aren't you calling out companies who pollute? Why aren't you out on the streets with us?(the green party)
@ericb, because I think boycotts are more effective
@Tyrellious, then why aren't you boycotting every single company who emits carbon or methane? Why don't you boycott gasoline like I have?
@ericb, because while I do boycott certain companies, I don't believe it is the duty of every single company to become emission free. So long as emissions are kept to a reasonable level. I mean no one has ever tried reducing the methane output of the world's #1 methane producer. Carbon credits exist for a reason. Should Carbon credits be more expensive? That's an economics problem we can solve together. But absolutely no emissions isn't feasible right now. Though I'm all for supporting technology to make that economically viable
@Tyrellious, define reasonable.
@ericb, reasonable in the sense that we are putting forth no more emissions than are within justifiable bounds, and no more only as much as would be needed to run the system, using the cleanest technology when possible. There's also species proportionality to consider.
I'm just gonna say, from a Perspective of someone who has studied gender theory, unisex bathrooms are a terrible idea. No cameras makes it a hotbed for rapists. Oh no! She fell, totally not a rapist. It's stupid. This is stupid. I'm drunk. Good night sweet children
@Silver6456, From the perspective of a trans person and a future father, they're a great idea. I think gendered bathrooms are incredibly Victorian, outdated, and unnecessary.
@Ruupasya, I agree, there is a lot of gender discrimination and I feel they are a good idea!
@Ruupasya, Victorian? Outdated? Seriously? So is Shakespeare outdated for you too, since that's also Victorian? Gendered bathrooms aren't outdated, it's a simple fact that people are more comfortable around others of the same sex. Especially when they're taking a piss or shjt.
@CriTiKa1, the fact that you think Shakespeare is Victorian means that you should educate yourself.
@Ruupasya, the fact that you use Victorian as an insult implies that you may need some education
@CriTiKa1, as a male, I really don't want to hear what women do in the bathroom. I've heard stories and that's enough for me. Last thing I want is to lose a game of battle shjts to a female.
I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
TL;DR "In order to make a few people more comfortable, we've decided to make most people very uncomfortable"
@ReceiveBacon, or you know. They added bathroom for unisex while also having gender specific and they were just explaining the actual purpose of a unisex bathroom, not so you can bang your girlfriend in it.
@Smash Like Gaston, it's not for that!?!?
@Smash Like Gaston, yeah. At the kroger I work at we have gender specific bathrooms as well as a unisex one, though the unisex one is generally forbpeople who don't want to or can't walk up the stairs to the gender specific ones.
@jayne cobb, yeah I think it's a great idea, especially since I have to take my daughter in the bathroom sometimes. And if other people use it and they don't need it, it's really no big deal either. Just as long as they didn't snake it from someone who needs it.
@Smash Like Gaston, the thing is, unisex bathrooms are still perfectly legal in NC. So if any company wants to support an lgbtq community, all they have to do is add a unisex bathroom. All HB2 does is make bathrooms sex specific. Which they already were. Bathrooms had never been gender specific
@Smash Like Gaston, oops. I thought they changed an existing bathroom for some reason. No matter, there is no amount of apologizing that will save me from the down vote brigade!
@ReceiveBacon, it happens. That was my first impression. But yeah I see that people have been pretty ruthless about it
@Smash Like Gaston, people are really touchy about this stuff
@Tyrellious, I've noticed. I didn't think he would get so down voted.
@Smash Like Gaston, I usually stick to the rule of not down voting someone because I disagree with them, only down voting them if they are unfair or are using some cheap argumentative tactic or something. But so far I've been downvoted simply because my opinion is different. It's funny, yet hypocritical.
I just got hired at a Kroger store
There's a Q now?
@Fvck Younicorn, there's been Q for awhile. It stands for 'questioning', meaning someone who isn't exactly sure where they fit.
@TheBookEscape, or for 'queer' which is a broad term. I consider myself queer because I'm transgender and not straight and queer is a lot easier to say though. The older members of the community are generally against it though, so it's a personal preference thing.
@TheBookEscape, nah, male or female is good
As long as it's one person/group at a time then ok
Can I vape in this bathroom?
