Let's be honest. Most of us will take any discount we can get at any age
@OneDollarBaller, I hate using my disabled veteran/military discount because there is always an obnoxious person behind me, bjtching that they're not military but deserve a military discount. I had to take a 7.62 bullet to the chest and countless IEDs to even be allowed to use my Purple Heart military discount and I am forced to listen to this woman behind me complain as she uses her wic, unemployment, welfare check, and how she never joined or would never join to get another 10%. How I know I am in hell, you ask. I cannot turn around to physically assist this person to stop bumping their gums. I know there will be many with a lack of social accountability that will downvote this, but I don't give a scheiße.
@City87, no no you're right. That woman is a cvnt.
@City87, thank you for your service! Your sacrifice means a lot to me and so many others. People like that woman don't matter. I have a military family and everyday I say thanks so thank you!
@The Puppet Man, I think she's a cunt.
@Trump Repellant, I wasn't aware I could spell it correctly
@City87, thank you first of all for your service. And those people are the worst
@City87, I had a vet tell me if he had his legs back for just 1 day, he'd go around kicking people like that in the a$$
@City87, does she honestly think people join for the military discounts? I don't even have words to describe what I feel about her. And thank you for your service.
@City87, that woman is a worthless leech to this amazing country. However I sincerely thank you for your service. There are a lot of us that are grateful. Don't let a few morons ruin your day. If I ever see you at a restaurant you won't need to use the discount because I'm buying.
@City87, I know many have already said it but I too want to thank you for your service. I may not support every war but I most definitely support the troops. Those who put their lives on the line like you do deserve every aspect of respect and don't deserve to be treated like that. Once again thank you for all your sacrifices.
@jizzgenerator, thank you but those people who are obnoxious are the loudest ones.
@McGeek, hell, if I had my leg back for a day, I would go right back to the battlefield.
@Honest Politician, thank you. I try not to, but the loudest ones are always trying to make us regret ever fighting. It is people who do show gratitude are what reminds us why we fight for the ones who can't fight or die trying.
@City87, anyone who down votes this should be banned from the app. Thank you for your service and I'm sorry that you come home to deal with people like that.
@Mine Turtle, even though we interpret just because we would not enlist for those reasons, does not mean everyone would not enlist for the same. There are plenty that only join for free education and other accolades.
@Totrollornottotroll, thank you. My reason for not giving a scheiße about those that down-vote me is due to I am the only one who handles my life responsibilities, so why care?
@City87, remember who you fought for. You can say that you didn't fight for those obnoxious people. You fought for and along with your brothers, who are also your family. You also fought for your friends and (actual) family. Think of those you care about and I hope that prevents you from having those thoughts. I am not a soldier, marine, officer, etc so I do not know what you went through and are going through. But if you think about those you care about and those who appreciate what you've sacrificed, I hope that will always make you feel better. God bless!
@City87, I thank you for your service, as a fellow service member I hate using it because it makes it seem like that's what I joined for - no, I joined to support the US overseas against terrorists and anyone else that thinks they can stand up to the US.
@City87, if it helps any 2 days ago while working as a bagger two registers down I watched a similar bitch whining about a coupon get yelled at by the guy behind her he told that no one wants to spend their time listening to her moan and complain over 5 dollars and to take a hike she walked out with the smile that is trying to save face but obviously failing to do so
@City87, thank you for your service
@City87, thank you for your service and sacrifice im sorry people like this exist. I plan on signing up for the Marines soon and people like you are why. Nothing can be said to thank you enough for what you have given for your country or for the inspiration people like you give me.
@Honest Politician, it does and I always keep in mind everything I fought, still fight, and continue to fight for what I believe in. I may not be religious because that means I know where I am going for every time I've had to pull the trigger, but everything I fight for is something completely beyond me. When I took that bullet, that bullet was not meant for me; it was meant for my Soldier and I would do over and over again. My Soldiers, battle buddies, and chains of command are not blood related, but they are my family that I would sacrifice my life to save theirs or die trying. If I am to give mine to save another, I will give this world hell before I do. Thank you.
@GRIMthaREAPER, I appreciate the gratitude sincerely, but like in 5FDP's "Wrong side of heaven, Righteous side of hell" video, there are so many of my brothers and sisters on their last leg, about to give in and up, that need to hear everything y'all appreciate. As for joining such a large military pride, I welcome you to it and I must forewarn you that this world will make so much atrocities happen that you'll see and engage in, but do not fight because of what you hate is in front of you, but because of the ones you love are behind you.
@DazBlane, thank you for allowing me to serve.
@The Puppet Man, to everyone showing the much appreciated gratitude, everything y'all have confided in this with me, this is why I fight. Aside from the hippies in California that welcomed us home with rocks and "baby killer" names, I will continue to fight. My bleeding heart bleeds sorrow for my brothers and sisters that aren't here and for those homeless vets and ones contemplating suicide, so that is where I turn my focus because they're still my family. I fight for the ones who can't fight and I will continue to do so until my last grasping breath. All I ask from y'all is to make sure those vets (usually wearing hats or parts of the uniform) know everything y'all have shown me.
@City87, thank you for your service
@City87, you and me both brother, vets this day in age are young, Hooah!
@Helecon, indeed. I am a part of that system and it kills me coming out of the Army, only to find the severe lack of self and social discipline, gross sense of self-entitlement without any care to earn those freedoms, and the misinterpretation of the physical actions of Capitalism.
@TheHaxAreReal, thank you and it's an honor to have fought for what I believe in.
I used my old college ID for discounted Adobe softwares!
@Gerggle, I used The Pirate Bay for free Adobe softwares!
@Gerggle, and I just shipped my bed!
@RhettandLink, did you get like 1000 of those "if it fits, it ships" flat rate boxes and tape them all together around it?
Discount on his loans hopefully
I don't care how old you are, if you are a student then yes you can!!
Graduated a year ago. Still have my student ID for this exact purpose. Not ashamed.
this will be me
If he's a student, why not?
Is there discounts on getting top commenta
Knowing my luck, i would get pepper sprayed, and I am a student.
How do they know he is not a student. People go back to school all the time at all ages. My 80 year old grandma went back to school and took some computer classes
the problem being?
Some people are still students at the age of 30.. I fail to see the point?
@elweshomayor, depends on when the ID is from. I got my new picture a year ago and I look like I'm 12 in it. I won't be able to use it sincerely for much longer.
So wait...you're saying this is a bad thing
Why the heck not? Especially if you're still paying student loans.
Is this The Onion?
@P4nts, this is nottheonion
