It genuinely does. My son is addicted to the iPad and I'm digging through his Legos rebuilding all of his Lego sets. And it's awesome.
@VibratingButtChomper, build a boyfriend the iPad. Maybe by the time he gets it out, he'll enjoy the Lego's more
Tbh it's not really a problem, as long as they are engaging their brains :)
@TheReverseSniper, thank you, I hate when people criticize kids for having so many electronics. It's today's popular form of entertainment.
@Sakamoto, and like the kids can't control what the parents give em to shut them up
@TheReverseSniper, *unpopular opinion penguin*
@TheReverseSniper, I agree. As long as they don't develop a need to have it everywhere all of the time and don't whine when it is time to put it up for a while.
@TheReverseSniper, except it can be bad for your eyes, and your posture. But so is reading in the dark and slouching at school, so yeah
@tylersmileyface, why? You wouldn't say the same thing if it was legos. I used to take my LAAT Lego set to the dinner table and I'd whine if my parents made me put it away. There is zero difference in the generation gap other than the latter used star wars action figures and now we actually control the characters.
@Jonnasty, I have terrible eyesight because of excessive electronic use, but when the school requires all work to be done on a laptop and I play video games a bunch... It's worth it imo simply for te fun and ease of learning electronics provide
I don't care what generation you were born in, everyone loves legos
I know right? Kids aren't full of themselves yet to get shjtty haircuts
30 years from now I'm gonna be saying "back in my day we had tvs and video games you played with a handheld controller, not any of this Hyper Immersive Simulated Life Virtual Reality Capsules"
Staged. Why is the little kid holding it like that
I have containers of legos separated by color in my room. I'm 16
And not staged at all, the kid just prefers to look at his games from an off angle.
Spoiled brats lol
This is true. My basement is filled with tables with builds on em
My favorite Lego set had knights, horses and a throne room you could build. Loved the swords and the little crown too.
This is a repost. I bring it up only cus my personal favorate comment of all time was on it.
This happened last Christmas at my house. My 26 year old cousin was playing with my 11 year old brothers Lego set while my brother was playing on my ps4.
I never played outside anyways. I didn't even go out for recess. I just read books until I got my first gameboy
