Who the fvck has that kind of time or interest in emojis
@Cabbage Salesman, people with Pi
@DeadXOnyx, and the French
@Cabbage Salesman, teenage girls
@Cabbage Salesman, iPhone users
@Cabbage Salesman, who has that interest in les miserables
@Cabbage Salesman, I literally fvcking hate emojis especially 💯🙏😂
I really hated that film, it may just because I hate musicals, but that was really a shjt tier movie, in my humble opinion
@Comm James Gordon, if you hate musicals then what did you expect?
@Assassinator2399, what can I say, women make us do crazy things.
@Assassinator2399, in other news, I'm happy to see that I'm not alone in my feelings.
@Assassinator2399, unfortunately I seem to have only incurred downvotes instead of fostering a conversation that my polarizing statement was aimed to do.
@Comm James Gordon, the original musical was better. However you might like the original book by Victor Hugo they were based on?
@Comm James Gordon, I freaking love musicals, and that movie made me want to claw my ears out
@Secale, I've read the original work, and I truly enjoyed it, I just think there's something that didn't translate from the book to a live medium.
@Comm James Gordon, touché. I hate musicals as well but I've been able to avoid the movie. However the one musical I do enjoy is Sweeny Todd
@Assassinator2399, okay, Sweeney Todd was pretty dope, a cool story indeed
@Comm James Gordon, Consider the 1998 version with Liam Neeson and Geoffrey Rush. It's the physical story, no musical, and it's very well done. If you hate musicals judge the story based on that or the original book.
@Secale, I liked the book more than the movie, but the songs were pretty lackluster outside of Fantine's and Eponine's. Also, I hate the way it characterized the Thernardiers, but that's more of an adaptational preference than an actual flaw.
@Comm James Gordon, I didn't like it either
@Wild Wild Smiff2, glad to see I have a downvoter who is committed to downvoting everything of mine
@Assassinator2399, I suppose to answer your original question, I expected a decent movie, which I did not get.
@Comm James Gordon, I liked it, it is my favorite musical. I like R. Crow but they shouldn't have cast him in LM, his voice isn't strong enough.
They forgot sudden 👴🏻 Valjean
Les Miserables was a story about an ex convict's perils, not something to be bastardized by Hollywood and made into a god awful musical.
@Sir Artorias , the Broadway production was great though
@Goldeneye, I wouldn't know, I've only ever seen the movie version.
