@Nosurrender, I know I'll get downvoted for this. Firstly I would like to clear up I have the utter most respect for the police, and it is disgusting these people were killed. However, I really do believe that there is a secret war against blacks by the government. You simply have to look at the police killings of UN armed African Americans recently. 2 this week. Then look at how racist and unfair the judicial system is. That Brock tuner cunt RAPED someone, and only got about 6 months, but there are blacks in America who get life for sexual assault. Real fair that isn't it? Then we have a look at the massive widespread Islamophobia which the government seem to look over.

@Phil Mike Hunt, the problem is that all stereotypes are based on fact. Jews are rich, Chinese are smart, rednecks keep in the family. Blah blah blah. As a Jew I can confirm that many of us are well off. So if I wanted to go fundraising, would I hit up a church or a synnogauge? Unfortunately it's the same thing with a white and black neighborhood. Black neighborhoods have higher levels of crime than white ones. An officer is not being racist for going in gun drawn to a tense situation like this. The problem is not just the cops. Its the perception of and actions by any black person. What's needed isn't less cops but aid for Black and minority groups. Raise the minimum wage, decrease welfare, create jobs for minorities, encourage home ownership, ect. We need to help minorities be better, because that is what will change public perceptions. Not weakening the police. The police struggle to deal with what crime as it is. Don't take their guns away.

@KingofFunnypics, yeah exactly, the problem is many blacks feel they are not excepted into society, so they result in hatred for the police and the government which is mostly white. However, you must admit that America still is racist. The judicial system is massively unfair towards African Americans. But I entirely agree that more must be done to help the minorities, so they can help coexist

@KeKesUHaulFacility , I'm Actually curious as to what was condescending. To me, as a white person, that was stating the facts. The problem is that , and bear with me because this is the part where people ussaully dropkick me, (with some small level of justification) I think just about everyone is a racist by today's standards. I'll even go as far to say that if your smart, your probably also a racist by today's standards. My explanation is simple. Racism to me is to have a predisposed belief about someone, before you met them, based on a their race, religion, hobby, hair color ect. If your experience with something gives you bias, you are a racist. So here's my racist test. Toaster. I take bread. I put it in the toaster. What happens? Probably in like 5 minutes you expect toast? Your racist. Maybe that toasters wants to be a freezer. Maybe it's different and yet, you thought a toaster toasts. Shame on you. You let your previous experiences with toasters dictate how you think.

@KeKesUHaulFacility , the point to my toast analogy is that I as a white person in a mostly white neighborhood only interact with black people on rare occasions. In fact, I mostly hear about black persons through the news, from New York. 8 out of 10 crime reports show a black or Latino face. Not a Indian or Muslim. Or white for that matter. So what should my predisposition be? I hate to say it but I think I'm a racist. A monster. I struggle with the question A lot. I try not to let it effect how I act but, I do find myself looking over my shoulder in black neighborhoods. I check my pockets. I find myself feeling fear. An I a bad person? I hope not. I'm afraid I've just never made a black Freind to prove that wrong. I have Islamic, Indian, And Chinese friends. All of them Actaully live up to there stereotypes. We laugh about it. I'm Jewish. They think I'm rich. lve traveled more than the average person does in their lifetime. I'm only 19. I guess I live up to my stereotype.

@KeKesUHaulFacility , So Kekes? What am I supposed to be. What do I do? I'm afraid I'm a kind racist who sees the world's plight. I know to well to disrespect others. But I'm a human, an animal, cursed to live by my emotions. As are you. Can we coexist? God I hope so. This world is screwed otherwise. I think minorities don't have a fair chance at life. However, I don't think many minorities help themselves. If they want to improve their lives, you and everyone in your community should shun crime, and uphold those who get ahead. I want more Martin Luther Kings and Obama's. However that's not easy. Many white people and others on top think everyone needs a fair chance. But we don't realize just how unfair the cities are. People live paycheck to paycheck and can't get ahead. They are stressed on edge, working 3 jobs and still not having enough to get by. Everyone should work. Everyone should make enough money to get by, and then some. We white people don't realize just how bad it is.

@KingofFunnypics, "We need to help minorities be better" is blatant White Savior rhetoric because if minority communities are gonna truly improve themselves it will only happen from the inside. There's just no way that white people will understand all of the ins and outs and nuances of our communities well enough, no matter how guilty they may feel. Not to mention the misguided use of respectability politics as a feasible plan, the nation doesn't hate us for our crime rates, the nation doesn't hate us cause we rap about drugs, the nation hates us just to hate us.

@BadassViking, Augmented Reality game created by The Pokémon Company and Niantic Labs. Niantic made Ingress and Pokémon Go plays pretty much the same way. Run around the real world, find Pokémon, catch Pokémon, visit parks and local landmarks to get items, create teams of Pokémon to defend local gyms.
