Yeah, but none of the other animals have their own theme music to kill to
@Gary Johnson, what about the Pink Panther?
Do Do-Do Do Do-Do-Do
@Gary Johnson, ima vote for you
@Gary Johnson, what about, HUNGRY HUNGRY HIPPOS!
My giant dong kills 69 million
@TyGamer, LIES I AM A SURVIVER- I mean what .... you read nothing shhhh
@TyGamer, stop raping birds
Dann your mom kills 2,900 people a year?
@hansel not gretel, well yours kills 22
Ah but sharks are... SHARKS! *everyone panics and runs around in circles screaming*
Anyone else alarmed by how many people ants kill a year? And how?
@DONTLUVTHEMHOES, fire ants. They bite people, and some people react badly (kind of like bees, most people get a red bump for a few days after a sting, but some people are allergic and go into shock and die)
@DONTLUVTHEMHOES, there's also African killer ants that will swarm people and infants in their sleep by crawling down their trachea and suffocating them.
@EdiblePaper, yea but that's crazy that it's so high. You would think mosquitos would be there higher
@Liefarikson, wow forgot about that thanks
@Liefarikson, and the nightmares start
@Liefarikson, so much for going to sleep now
@DONTLUVTHEMHOES, no, because mosquitoes don't kill you. They give you diseases, and then the diseases kill you.
You really have to see what percentage of people they kill of the people who visit their territory. Saying that sharks arent more deadly than cows is like saying that the sun isnt as deadly as a gun. If you get thrown into the sun its %100 certain death but how many people actually have the oportunity to get thrown into the sun vs stabbed with a knife?
@DeadLogic, plus it sounds like "don't worry about sharks mate" when really people are cautious enough around sharks and too chill around cows.
Meanwhile, humans kill millions of sharks each year. Which is why when a shark kills a human, I throw a shark party. Smile, you son of a bitch
I have little knowledge as to the hippo's capacity, but how do they claim such a four-digit figure and how has our species not been able to learn from hard lessons to allow said hippos to remain so high?
@City87, they're nigh bulletproof giant aquatic territorial angry cows that can bite people in half. On top of that they're herbivores, so people think they're docile.
@ReeseBobby, still. Somewhere along that line, there has to be someone that comes to the realization that hippos need a ton of space and water, making it hard to miss, and maybe we shouldn't be near them when they frolic in their AO. I'm sure we could bring the hippo k/d ratio down to double digits.
@City87, they say the same thing about bears, and it's pretty much impossible too avoid contact with animals.
So kill all the hippos?
@Raped by a lesbian, Kill all the hippos, every single one.
@Raped by a lesbian, no, it's a clear message. Kill all humans!!! Mwhahahaha
@Raped by a lesbian, hippos don't kill people. People wielding hippos kill....no, no....that can't be right....
@Raped by a lesbian, kill all the hippocrips
But give a shark a pair of legs, or a tornado ...
Harambe didn't even kill one
These numbers are only significant when compared to the amount/likelihood of encounters humans have with these animals. Yeah sharks don't kill very many but that's because the likelihood of bumping into a shark is low if you're in the ocean, and it's flat zero if you're on land. However I would imagine that sharks kill:encounter ratio is relatively high
I wouldn't think it should count if a person died while running into a deer.
Plus you cant see anything in the water
Im sure if we lived in the ocean, they would kill plenty of us.
Humans kill *insert large number here* annually
Sharks are scary, let's fear them more
I fvcking told Hollywood to put Sarah Jessica Parker out of her misery or she'd come back for all of us!! 20 at a time!
Jesus since when were hippos such a menace?!
Now i want some deer stories
yeah, but dis you account to how many people are inland and the time they spent inland compare to how many people are out in the ocean over the safety net?
Sharks kill 5 people..... That we know of. There are lots of people lost at see or who disappear near water who could could also have been eaten by sharks. There is just no proof.
@iOS10, I mean a lifeless body floating in the water is fair game, I might even take a bite.
@notMrWonka, no way to know what killed them when nobody is there though.
I honestly convinced myself for a second that it said Jewish and I had to double check and see that it said jellyfish. I honestly thought I was about to read something very important that could change my life forever. But I guess jellyfish are just as interesting.
@TheJackal, I saw that two.
But how many do sharks injure?
