@OFF, while agree that crispy pepperoni is the best thing ever, i've noticed making pizzas at my work that if the pepperoni is on the top, when you cut it, its more likely that the pepperoni will fall off if its on or near the cuts. Whether its small or large pepperoni. Whereas if its under the cheese, its a lot easier to eat. I do the same for ham and pineapple. I will put the ham under the cheese in big lunch meat style slices, then the pineapple on top. Since it seems to sink in the cheese as if cooks and it remains the same shape, you dont always get the same fall-off issue as you do with pepperoni
