We thank out military but we never thank our nurse's and DR's thank you guys so much for what you do and firefighters and police officers
@zac bagans, or paramedics or EMTs
@dildoshwaggins, very true!
@zac bagans, doctors don't need to be thanked, they're adequately compensated.
@Flumblin Francis, gonna hope you're being sarcastic
@zac bagans, who the fvck downvoted this comment?
@Flumblin Francis, my dr saved my ability to walk. You better believe i thanked him profusely
@zac bagans, *some police officers
@Taken, the good one's
@dildoshwaggins, I completely agree, I personally see firemen and paramedics to be incredibly generous and helpful people. Speaking as an eagle scout from pennsyltuckey.
@WelI Obviously, I mean he has a point, they are very very well paid. Nurses are too. Firemen and police officers however are not, nor are military
@Blue Hero, I think the point trying to he made isn't about how much they get paid, but what they do is what they are thankful for.
@zac bagans, all medics should be thanked, military ones especially. Those guys have seen some shjt to give you nightmares.
@zac bagans, nah I don't participate in mandated hero worship 🙄
@dildoshwaggins, or strippers or prostitutes.
@Taken, *most police officers. Just saying...
@zac bagans, Love for the nurses too :)
Dang I will never complain about my shift again. Never thought about how bad doctors have it.
@The Collector, EMS in general is a tough job. I've had to work a 36 hour due to such high call volume
@The Collector, I didn't know this until my friend told me but apparently they can work like 36hr shifts and they just sleep at the hospital when they can
@The Collector, don't feel bad for complaining during tough times. Just appreciate those that have it worse.
@The Collector, my dad fishes for crab, he's done 72 hour shifts, fun stuff
@The Collector, ems is crappy work times
But what's nice is you usually work 1/3rd on 2/3rds off
My finals are over!!! ..... now it's time to drink fancy wearing fancy hats. Rant over
Having worked in the medical field, I can confirm all physicians transform into toddlers following long shifts.
There's no way a job that stressful would ever allow 24 hour shifts in the first place
Can relate, am a doctor! Wow, that's one thing I never thought I'd type in FunnyPics...
Ha ha yeah so relatable
As an ER nurse, I approve this message
Rough day for doc mcstuffins
You can tell it's fake doctor because the kid isn't Asian
