Alright lads, so, The Last Jedi. What do you think it means? For me it's one of two possibilities: Rey and Luke will be the last Jedi Luke will die and Rey will be the last Jedi (Small possibility of Poe getting more involved? Maybe he could train as a Jedi? Or turn to the dark side? I mean he grew up around that force tree thing Luke gave him)

@Cynical Englishman, Jedi is also the plural. So it could be a whole group.

@Cynical Englishman, I never thought of any of these possibilities. When I first heard the title I just assumed VIII is going to be Luke focused i.e. the movie is sort of titled after him, Luke being "The Last Jedi" basically since he has been the only one for a long time.

@Cynical Englishman, Watch nerdist's video about it. Another theory is about how Rey will start a new order of the light similar to the jedi (and how kylo ren made the knights of ren from the sith) and luke will be the last jedi because rey will be more than that. She will be the leader of this new order of the light side. And so those trained will after will also be of this order, making luke the last jedi. I explained this terribly but I tried my best, sorry, go watch the video. It is interesting.
