@Hercule Saiyan , shouldn't California be Spanish?
@Barry Dylan, it's languages other than Spanish
@Critical Critic, oh ok
@Hercule Saiyan , im actually scared about Arabic
@Hercule Saiyan , it's a Native American tribe that the region was named after, in just surprised that Texas is Vietnamese, but I guess it's from the vets that settled here
@ssj343, A lot of Vietnamese people went to Texas after the war. A friend of mine is from down there, his family evacuated because they would have been executed by the communists if they stayed.
They should really make Spanish a compulsory subject in school... make all gringos bilingual
@DeathAwaits, I would agree but I took two years of Spanish and can only say "hòla, me llamo douchebag bionica" and "tú baño?".
Whose fault is that? ☺
@Its A Fvckin Train, be scared of shawarma, hummus, and falafels while you're at it.
@ssj343, I live in Arlington (the city with the Cowboys and Texas Rangers stadiums) and I work at the mall here and half of my customers are Vietnamese. There is a huge population of them here.
@DeathAwaits, It's because so many of the white folks are descended from British settlers - and we suck at other languages. Real reason for the British Empire? Wasn't military power or economic wealth, it was so we could get everyone else to speak our language cos we failed at learning yours!
@ssj343, gulf coast of texas is ideal place for rice farming, like in vietnam
Saw the picture and said to myself, "ah, Germand invading Polany" and then stopped and was like "that's not right"
Tagalog? I live in California and have never even heard that word before
@The Collector, they invented those cookies those girls sell
@The Collector, Really? Most of my U.S. residing distant relatives live in California, and they're all fluent in Tagalog.
@The Collector, it's the Filipino language
@The Collector, language of the Phillipines
Poland ball must have migrated there
Das gonna be a problem
There's one in every country
My grandpa who's from Poland lived in southbend Indiana; there's supposed to be a little polish population there
@Marshall Lee, nothing compared to the polish population in Chicago.
Iyan. Maraming palang marunong magtagalog
I have a hard time believing that none of these are Spanish
@Mike Vick, it's other than English or Spanish
@BerserkerNinja9, thanks for reiterating that. Totally missed that and had been wondering if the majority of Spanish speakers immigrated illegally or if Tagalog was some weird version of Spanish, like creole is to French
@Sculo, totally missed it too, whoops
Shouldn't LA be french creole, not FLA?
As someone who lives in Utah and mingles with many individuals who have been missionaries to foreign countries, Im pretty sure it should be Portuguese.
Da oh. Somevun isss en twoble
Took me a second
