Pro tip: don't do fast food for Valentine's Day.
@Robin the Tactician, but whitecastle takes reservations man
@Robin the Tactician, pro pro tip: If you are going to do fast food, don't do White Castle
@Robin the Tactician, unless its her absolute favorite take-out joint and you dress it up like he did (and its a new relationship) then its cheesy/cute
@Robin the Tactician, tip for not being a jerk: If you don't think fast food is good enough, tell him, don't just stand him up.
@Mkb617, pro-tip: If she stoop you up because of the choice of restaurant, she just wanted a free meal and wasn't interested in YOU
@RKellly, that was kind of the point I was trying to make. The "pro tip" wasn't wrong but it puts the blame for the situation on the wrong person. Although I am not sure if being "stoop" up is bad or good ;-)
@Robin the Tactician, It's still fast food like you said, but some White Castles will do a fine dining night on Valentine's Day. Table cloth, waiters, etc.
@Robin the Tactician,
Pro tip: if she's such a wound up gash that doing something you want on Valentines day makes her upset, find a better one
@Robin the Tactician, good advice. I'm just lucky enough to have a girl who is conscious of how broke we both are, and who likes taco bell.
@RustyFapwagon, Up voting for "wound up cash."
@Robin the Tactician, White castle for Valentine's day is supposedly a big thing you have to make reservations for. I don't know why, it's some sort of cult following.
@TriangleTesticles, maybe that's was the date's choice
@Robin the Tactician, I'm having week late valentine's day at Moes. It's me and the gfs favorite spot. It's more about the company than the food
All I know about White Castle is that it's in a Harold and Kumar movie. Now I know that they do a freaking 30 pack though, they have my attention.
@Nellybert , I haven't been there in awhile (and I'm not sure if it was a special promotion or if they have it all the time) but the last time I went we got a 100 pack. It was like $45 and fed my group of five friends for a night... haha
I love white castle on valentines day because they treat it like a fancy restaurant with reservations and a host and candles etc. It's hilarious to see it dressed up like that.
@Strawberry Milk, that is pretty funny
Then he became the new Flash
Aww I would've sat right down and joined him
When you wanted to be single and have White Castle at the same time
Should've gone to Olive Garden
@Omnipotent, and waited 3 hours for a table....
@Omnipotent, I wouldn't want to be with my family on Valentine's Day.
@PunnyBaker, we've started celebrating our valentine's day on a different day so we don't have to deal with that.
This is my every day
He prolly got stood up bc he went to White Castle
@elder117, or it could be for using prolly instead of probably
@Mkb617, yah you're prolly right
@elder117, I agree with what someone above said. If she stands you up for your choice of restaurant then she was probably after a meal and not a date. If she can't say she doesn't want a specific place when it's mentioned where the date is then that even adds more to why.
@Seohn, okay, I was just making a dumb joke. Saying yes to date then not showing up is just wrong. I hope they had a good reason for not showing up.
That would be me
