“Get him to twitter”
It's called tweeting hunny
Well seeing as how impeachment is incredibly rare and can only happen when the president has done something entirely illegal, i highly doubt trump os getting impeached. Calm your tits you salty millennial
@MorboTheAnnihilator, you mean, getting impeached is extremely difficult when most of Congress is in your favor... for now. *insert maniacal mwuhahahahaha*
@MorboTheAnnihilator, I dunno if this is a millennial... based on "Get him to Twitter" this person is 60+.
@MorboTheAnnihilator, we are talking about a guy who stuck his own name on a Ponzi scheme of course he's going to do something illegal
@MorboTheAnnihilator, there is also the fact that an impeachment doesn't mean removal from office. It just meams charges are being brought against him.
@LeafOnTheW1nd, it's going to need to be blatantly illegal, not the now normal "outrage over everything Trump" the left is doing.
@SchroedingerPussPuss, lol this is so statement is so wrong it actually made me laugh.
@MorboTheAnnihilator, there are so many idiots on this app.. I mean I love you guys all pretty much the same, I just love to laugh with some and laugh at the others.
@MorboTheAnnihilator, well, he has had two separate travel bans blocked for being unconstitutional. I would not be surprised if he gets impeached for basically ignoring the constitution.
@MorboTheAnnihilator, i know what's easier.....he can be killed....
@freakazoid, ...meet me at the old rowan tree at midnight. Tell no one of our plans. Codeword is raven.
@kile147, that's actually a valid point lol i didnt notice that
@MorboTheAnnihilator, actually, have this 25.761210,-97.372480, you'll see the next step once you get there.
@Caine, eh. Wrong for now. It's interesting to see the Senate members pulling away slowly or quietly pulling back from the limelight. So it's not 100% defecting, but it's definitely more caution than praise.
@SchroedingerPussPuss, You realize there were 80 Republicans in Congress that signed a statement saying they were against him, right? His support is in no way universal among his party.
@Bender B, Obama ignored the Constitution. So did Bush. And Clinton. And Bush. And so on. That isn't illegal. We're talking federal-law level. And considering what Clinton got away with openly without getting impeached, and Obama quietly without getting impeached, odds are it isn't gonna happen. But keep wishing for it. You know what would happen next, right?
@MorboTheAnnihilator, Go ahead and impeach him. Bring on President Pence. Then maybe the whiners will start pining for Trump again.
@HiroAntagonist, federal courts have blocked two of his proposals for being unconstitutional. This is not the same as skirting around wording in the constitution, which Obama and plenty before him were indeed guilty of. The FBI just said today (mar 20, 2017) that they are launching an investigation into his entire administration for ties to Russia, which by the way, 2 of his advisors have already resigned because they were found to basically be in putins pocket (Michael Flynn). I am not a liberal. I am not a Democrat. I am not a libertarian. I'm just a dude who can think for himself. Trump has a major self destructive streak in him, and none of this is being helped by the fact that over the weekend he was golfing in Mar-a-Lago for like the 8th time since being declared President. As a free thinking American, I do not think trump will last for his whole term.
@HiroAntagonist, also, how do you feel about trump using his personal unsecured android, his own private email servers, and the fact that if he continues signing executive orders he will be on track to signing more than any president before him (previous record-breaker: obama)
@Bender B, And that's just fine. I, too, was just pointing out simple facts. Nothing he has done has been illegal on the federal level. Let's remember, too, that the FBI recently found enough evidence to bring a fair liteny of charges against another politician, but decided not to because of political pressure. It isn't a stretch to figure that'll happen again.
Political pressure forcing people to resign isn't an admission of nor necessarily due to a crime. Just public perception.
@Bender B, I don't much care either way. I'm not a supporter of his. He'll do stupid and reprehensible things just like every president before him. Anyone that points and says "This is gonna cause the downfall of America" clearly hasn't been paying attention to the last hundred years or so, and are just encouraging the same sort of catasrophization that helped get him elected in the first place. Executive orders don't really do much, pretty evidently. I'm not sure why people keep count like they matter.
@HiroAntagonist, oh don't worry, I'm not trying to catch you out on anything, nor do I assume you to be a supporter (I've always found the vast majority of funny pics users to be more open minded and ready to research than say Facebook users). I do not think that he is the downfall of America, I think overseas production and our neglect of science to be our downfall, I'm simply trying to make a case for my belief that he may not be around for his whole 4 year term.
@Bender B, He may not be. But I don't think he has any worse chance than any other president. Nothing he's doing or has done is blatantly illegal, and there isn't any substantial evidence to indicate otherwise. I've also got even money that he's a lot smarter than he lets on. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if we find out there's been some really smart plays made behind the scenes while he's raising a ruckus with other stuff. Obama did that more than once.
@HiroAntagonist, maybe not yet, but regardless of political pressure it's hard to spin an fbi investigation into ties to Russia as a positive moment in his presidency. I also just think it's kinda a waste of taxpayer money to let his family stay in New York, while cutting programs that were pretty helpful to the general public (Meals on Wheels, after-school programs that fed children from low-income families). I just don't really trust the dude to do what's right for America
@Bender B, Clinton managed it. And I daresay his spin team is better than hers. His family is only supposed to stay a couple more months as far as I've heard, to let the youngest finish out his school semester. But in all honesty, again, look at history. Obama didn't do what was right for all the American people, or even the majority. He lowered the unemployment rate because his policies caused people their jobs. It impacted low-income families horribly. Every president does things that benefit some but not all, because it's nearly impossible to do otherwise on the scale of America.
I'm among a minority here, but I don't see "ties to Russia" as a bad thing. I don't think in any way he's some sort of puppet, and I do think that smoothing tensions between the nation's would be beneficial for the world as a whole. So let there be some private dealings to keep, or even improve, the peace. Putin's a horrible guy. But it isn't like America doesn't make deals with horrible people.
@MorboTheAnnihilator, I mean if all that's needed to get impeached is a blowjob I'm sure it can't be too hard for trump to get impeached. Although we went to war based on a lie and no one got impeached there so you never know.
@Bender B, that's not something a President can be impeached on. Ignoring that the courts were wrong to say they were unconstitutional, it's not illegal to do an EO that's unconstitutional. Plenty of Obama's actions were found to be unconstitutional, doesn't mean he could be impeached.
@Bender B, some of Obama's actions were found to be blatantly unconstitutional, not sure where you are getting the skirting the constitution from. Also, there is 0 evidence of any of trumps people working with Russia to swing the election. All the dems have is hyperbole and a couple meetings that have perfectly legitimate reasons for. I'm not a Trump supporter, and there's plenty of reasons to not like trump. Dont need to make up a Russian boogeyman to hide the fact Hillary sucked.
@MorboTheAnnihilator, I'd prefer him not to be impeached. A Pence presidency would be quite shocking
@Half Black Man, these are the following Republican Senators who have openly expressed opposition to Trump's policies: Lamar Alexander (TN), Susan Collins (Maine), Cory Gardner (CO), Lindsey Graham (SC), John McCain (AZ), Jerry Moran (KS), Ben Sasse (Nebraska). Republican Senators expressing concern at what he is doing and are not in favor: John Barrasso (WY), Bill Cassidy (LA), Bob Corker (TN), Jon Ernst (Iowa), Jeff Flake (AZ), and add about 10-12 more.
Concerns and open opposition of same party Presidents does not do well a few months after an election.
@SchroedingerPussPuss, you've told me nothing important. People disagree with each other every day. Just because somebody opposes you doesn't mean you're doing the wrong thing. And last time I checked 13 isn't a big number.
@MorboTheAnnihilator, I mean he has potentially committed libel against Obama on twitter. If I remember right a poll was taken a few weeks ago and 47% or so of congress was already willing to try and impeach him after all the deadlines to produce evidence have been failed and extended.
@MorboTheAnnihilator, I like how the older gen x people keep telling millenials to calm their tits, but they're the ones that get all outraged whenever someone shines a negative light on Trump... Guess what? He's not perfect
@CellSword, well if you are implying im gen x, you would be wrong lol. Im 22 and done mistake my comment for support of trump either. Quite frankly i dislike politics in general, i simply think people should be fair and not let media or family/friends influence their beliefs into blind hatred. This poltical debate that was started was not my intent. I simply intended to point out the flaw in this very unfunny picture
@Bender B, the executive orders thing is false. Last i checked he had less than obama and he will never make it to the top because one of the roosevelts has over 3 thousand of them.
If you think he's going to be impeached, you're going to be disappointed. If you think there's something interesting in Area 51, you're going to be dissapointed.
Wow, lefty-loos must REALLY want Mike Pence to be president.
@Doctor Krieger, if trump was removed from office through impeachment, literally everyone that was hired by trump is removed from office.
@The Legend of Mully, that's not how that works at all. "If a president dies, resigns, or is impeached, the Vice President shall become president."
@TheHaxAreReal, that's entirely how it works. Look it up. A president hasn't been impeached from office before so people don't know. Nixon resigned. If the president dies or resigns then the Vice President takes office.
@The Legend of Mully, @The Legend of Mully, I did look it up, that's why I used quotation marks. That's from the Presidential Succession Act. And technically presidents have been impeached before; it is not the same thing as being removed from office, which requires an additional vote.
Wow hey stuckpixel let's like not do the politics alright?
Let's just… skip politics on here…
Well, just because a president is impeached, it doesn't mean that they will necessarily be removed from office. Impeachment simply means that formal charges are brought against the official in question. Whether or not the individual is found guilty is another matter, but it looks bad on a resume nontheless.
Fun fact: Area 51 has been declassified, they were flying Russian migs against US planes as a test in case the Cold War got hot.
