They make micro USB to USB female cables, called OTG or "on the go" cables, and they're super cool. You can plug a mouse, flash drive or keyboard into your phone and use it like you would with a PC... I highly recommend getting an OTG cable at your local RadioShack (I don't work there, of course...)
@ManEatingBug, does it make it easier to look up hentai on google images?
@ManEatingBug, thats actually what this is, adding Bluetooth to a device that has bluetooth is redundant lol.
@ManEatingBug, RadioShack doesn't exist. The company went bankrupt 2 or 3 years ago
@Chimon, there are still quite a few RadioShack/Sprint Store locations
@ManEatingBug, ah you're right, after their bankruptcy they were aquired by Sprint but just declared bankrupt again and are closing almost all stores this time
@Caine, that's a Logitech unifying receiver, not Bluetooth.
@ManEatingBug, yeah my galaxy s7 came with one. I used it a lot to plug in my usb headphones when the audio jack stopped working.
@ManEatingBug, I plug my canon 5diii into it and get remote screen and camera view...
What else can it do?
@AwesomeSnickers, yes, hence my comment. Thank you.
@Chimon, there's still some around, there's one here in boulder thats been having a "going out of business sale" for like over a year now,. ive been in a few times and i feel like they get more shìt
I just connect my mouse directly to my iPhone via Bluetooth. Now why is Android better, again?
@Filker, Android has Bluetooth too.
@ILikeMacAndCheese, Almost all cell phones do these days… which makes claims like sheishkabob made moot.
@Filker, can you plug in a USB drive into your iPhone?
@LeGoomGoom, Yes. 😎
@Filker, since when does Apple support OTG usb?
@LeGoomGoom, do your own homework. Google is your friend.
Yeah i can do this with my phone too
Reason #63948 that Android is superior to iOS. (Unless of course your manufacturer has otg support disabled in the stock rom like low end lg's)
