The first Mass Effect, while not necessarily the ending, letting the council die near the ending was damn well satisfying.

@AnonymousCrab, Revelations is one of my least favorite Assassin's Creed games (which is not to say I didn't thoroughly enjoy it), but the ending of all plot lines was incredibly satisfying.

I only played that one and 3. I preferred Revelations because of the more apparent brotherhood and how it felt like more of a group rather than some random dude. Just my inexperienced opinion though. Both were really well made

I can sure think of a lot more games that had disappointing endings. Any QTE final boss is a letdown, or if the final boss is the same boss/minion we've fought before. I loved Shadow of Mordor but the QTE final boss was a letdown. I did really enjoy Breath of the Wild's finale, even if not everyone else did.
