The best I can do is diet OR exercise. And complain about being fat, blaming it on my metabolism.
@tankymctankface, same. My metabolism is shjt *continues to drink beer and whiskey*
@tankymctankface, man I know that's the cop out answer, but I actually do exercise and only eat enough for somebody half my size. If it's not my metabolism, then I must have a reverse tapeworm or something
@Welcommatt, only eating enough for someone half your weight might actually be what's contributing to it, it your body senses that it's starving, almost everything you eat goes into in order to allow for a slow burn in case you can no longer find food.
you may want to eat more, obviously when I say eat more I mean more foods that are considered part of a healthy diet but try to strive for the daily nutrition needed for someone in your current weight class
@Welcommatt, slow or fast metabolisms are actually a myth and have not been observed in any reputable study. If you are overweight and doing all the right things but see no improvement it is likely that your exercise and diet are not as healthy as you think they are or that your gut microbiom is colonized by opportunistic or pathogenic bacteria
Two out of three ain't bad.
I got a full 6 house of sleep last night that's at least twice the normal amount. And when I got to work my coworker brought donuts. So I ate 3.
Yeah this is about right. I've been exercising daily and sleeping but I just cannot go without pizza for more than a few days.
I too eat 'shjt that's bad for me' labeled foods. That brand is great
