What's your safe word daddy?
@JumpingCouch, keep going
I did this as a child actually. After I broke my arm climbing on my roof I didn't want my friend's parents to get mad at me if someone got hurt so I typed up a contract and had them sign it before I would take them through the obstacle course I made in my backyard. Needless to say I was a weird child.
You're a lawyer.. if you're any good you'll find the loopholes in this to whip his butt later!
@daves68, The term "mad" is subjective to a certain degree, in that it can mean "mentally ill/unstable." Thusly, an angry response can be achieved within the restrictions of the contract, so long as the signer does not become, or is not already, mentally ill to an extend at which one can be considered "mad" in the meaning of the word which denotes mental illness.
It says nothing about actions those words describe.
