In the military, can confirm this works
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, username checks out
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, Thanks for your service man.
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, Just graduated from MCT. Definitely looked behind me in class to see everyone struggling to keep their head up.
@jasohazard, I'm RAF and some of the best men I have worked with have been Marines. They are some of the hardest working mother f✓k3rs, even if some of them can be pretentious a55holes.
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, army?
@ThatOneCrazyGuy, you'll find pretentious assholes everywhere
@TR8R, eh, true
@jasohazard, stay strong brother, it's only just started for you
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, 5 years Navy
Can stay awake 30+ hours
Can fall asleep for a nap in minutes
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, Semper Fi my friend
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, I second this..... although I'm up playing destiny 2 so......
@Pvt BB Ghanoush and @jasohazard, thank you for your service! -]
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, lol, when I was in, I started dating a wonderful woman about halfway through my enlistment. I would go hang out with her until 1130, drive 45 min back to the barracks, get up at 430 the next morning and do it all over again. If I say still for more than ten min, I was out. Lol
@ThatOneCrazyGuy, everything is a d!ck measuring contest man. Anything can be used in that game- height, weight, facial hair, the list is endless. Believe me, I'm right there with you.
@Pvt BB Ghanoush, I said this last time this pic was posted. Haha
But it stays with you! My boyfriend has been out for about 4 years now. If that man blinks too long he is asleep. I'd say it's not fair, but he earned that.
In between two porta-crappers. Using them to make it look like I was standing. Got a solid 15 minutes shut eye.
Meh.. I'd rather cry myself to sleep.
Give me a wall or a rock and I'm good for a nap
Was in the army for 10 years, this is absolutely true. I once did 48 hours of straight medical evacuations during field training in the desert. When I finally had a few minutes to nap, I fell asleep on the ground in all my gear (vest with plates and helmet included) with my rifle on my chest and on an incline such that my head was below my feet. My platoon sergeant let me sleep for 4 hours and even said I slept through 1SG yelling that I wasn't out running evacs. When I finally woke up, I had the worst headache I've ever experienced but I never slept so well in my life. 10/10, would do again.
@HoorayFerSocks, because NTC.
@HoorayFerSocks, was the headache from sleeping with your head below your feet for so long?
@King Spunkmonkey, I'm pretty sure that was the cause. I remember my head felt like it was just going to explode from pressure haha
@HoorayFerSocks, Man, I can imagine. I hate headaches - I'm so fortunate to not get migraines or anything. I'd be a total puss about it. But yeah, I'd say some blood started pooling up in your head and/or around your brain. Anyway, I was just curious. No big :)
