Add me to a relationship and 100% percent of women will discover I have nothing to offer in a relationship.
@shocking60, that's a lie. You offered them the chance to leave you.
@shocking60, you have the mentality that I have when a mercy damage boost me in Overwatch. "if your stick with this, you gunna be disappointed."
Is this that sexism Trevor got in trouble for when he took over the show? Whatevs, I still watch it and all of his interviews on YouTube.
@VibratingButtChomper, Wait, he got in trouble for this shjt? The only things offensive about it are that it isn't original and isn't funny. And I like what little I've heard from Trevor Noah, for the most part.
@VibratingButtChomper, pff, if this is true then the world is getting worst. It's a joke, he's a comedian, comedians push it to make edgy and to laugh.
@VibratingButtChomper, is he good? I couldn't hardly watch after John Stewart left - loved that guy
@Murphlins, he's no Jon Stewart but he gets better everyday. Go check out his interviews. He definitely makes you think
@Murphlins, no, he's not very good. Jon Stewart could be funny even if the point he was trying to make was BS. But Trevors stuff just comes off as boring and kind of snobby (my opinion of course)
@SimonPetrikov, I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that a joke is sexist when it can be rephrased as: "women are only good for sex and only care about money"
@Depressed Panda, This joke can't though.
@Oujosh29, he's had some good moments, but Jon Stewart was on for 16 years and Trevor is on year 2, so I'm keeping an open mind
@Depressed Panda, find some of his old standup stuff, I can almost hear his voice saying this. It sounds more like satire on irony rather than sexism
@Depressed Panda, who cares if it's sexist? It's a joke based upon women. That's the joke... that's like saying that yellow banana is yellow. Well, no sh*t. That's the point.
@ThaSmoothieKing, your logic seems to be that it's ok the joke was sexist because the joke was supposed to be sexist. By that logic it's perfectly fine to say "those black people, always shooting good, honest white folk" as long as i was being intentionally racist.
That "joke" I made would be super racist regardless if I was trying to be funny. Similarly, just because this quote is a joke doesn't excuse the fact that it's based off of extremely sexist ideas.
I get that it's not supposed to be serious, but when these jokes are commonplace it shifts people's perception so they actually start believing it.
So I say it isn't OK because it reinforces stereotypes of women that can, when built up over time among many people, cause real, serious harm to the way women are treated in our society.
@ThaSmoothieKing, sorry about the long reply. I have strong opinions on this kind of subject.
@Depressed Panda, I'm all for honesty and saying what you want. Especially if it's a joke, fine with me. Repercussions always come from what's said, but intent no context should matter more.
I've met lots of girls who are the bread winners in the relationship, I've met a lot more bummy guys than girls to be honest, and I'm a guy
Anybody else have trouble with the ladies? Seems like I always get dumped and cheated on. Maybe I'm just ugly? Idk. Y'all can be the judge of that, check out my Instagram and tell me @country_tyler211
@Country Tyler, where are you finding them? The most train wrecks I hear about are people meeting on dating sites/apps. I know it's hard to find people naturally but it's best to get to know someone who isn't looking to begin with
@Country Tyler, I'm that guy who enrolled a pineapple in my school last year, I requested to follow you
@Chiribean, half the time I can't even talk to them. Lol. Actually more like all of the time but you catch my drift
Remove any semblance of love or caring for the other person from a relationship and you'll discover that 90% of people won't find a reason to be in that relationship.
Can't confirm, haven't been in a relationship since I was fücking 16
@El Batman, well don't go back to fvcking 16, or someone's gonna call the cops
A relationship without sex is just a friendship
What a piece of shlt
I feel like this is something my dad would share on Facebook.
This is very true
I can't stand Trevor Noah
I wanna see the backlash from his feminist viewers he always panders to.
If that's true you for you, you just are in a bad relationship..
Ha! That's where my dank meme collection comes into play, more powerful than money!
