seems like the backlash from his jokes sent him over the edge tbh he's just a guy that thinks comedy should have few limits
@MLG Farmville, while i believe in free comedy, his fan base was like, 12-16. Not a good audience for that language.
@Smo Queed, His fan base has changed over the years. He’s been using pretty coarse language and humor the last 2 years or so. Completely different channel from when he started. I’m personally a huge fan of his new stuff and watch his new stuff (that’s not PUBG) every day
@Smo Queed, because the youtube creater should protect the kids from bad language instead of the parents, right?
@CompleteSavage, that's not the point. Swearing to help push over a joke and sell it as humor is low fruit. It may be comedic but it sure is childish and old. At the end of the day it's just yelling, there's barely any personality left in his content.
@Polaroid, Yelling and swearing are not the same thing at all. Yes, in recent years, hes lost some personality in his videos, but hes not swearing to "seem cool," hes always sworn. Hes been swearing since 2010 back when he only had 2 million. If anything it would be less like PewDiePie if he didnt swear.
@Smo Queed, His audience has completely changed from when he originally "got famous"
He used to do videos of him screaming at everything and just playing horror games.
Now his videos are much more elaborate and actually have time and thought put into him. There's a purpose behind every video besides just generic let's play.
I would've never subscribed to the previous Pewdiepie but after all the controversies that he's been in, he's earned a fan in me. His audience has grown up throughout the years and his content changed as a result.
@CompleteSavage, Nice strawman there.
@TheWolf0fBallStreet, I subscribed when he had less than 100k subscribers, he was actually funny when he was playing amnesia with Stephano, Facade, Ju-on and more. He changed way too much, he’s fake now
I found out my 11 year old nephew loves jake paul... Why?!!!! He's brought shame to the family
