@Slimding , he used it as a faraday cage so they could not locate where he was, so assumed he was going to work but he was going golfing instead. Basically put his locator in a crisp packet.
@Slimding , from the article -“Australia’s Fair Work Commission, a workplace tribunal, heard that Mr Colella blocked his whereabouts by storing his personal digital assistant, a phone-like device that has a GPS inside, in an empty foil packet of Twisties, a puffy cheese-based snack that is popular in Australia.”
@ios11, Wait, PDA's are still a thing?
@ios11, Also I love how a PDA is now retroactively described as phone-like when it's really the other way around.
@Nosferatu Zodd, I really thought that he distracted his coworkers with chips and they didn't bother look for him and ate chips instead. Lol this shows what a fat ass I am.
Faraway cage blocks phone signals. So he put his phone in a chip bag so they couldn't use it to find where he was
@MySocksDontMatch, whay does a nearby cage do?
Well he wouldn't win an unfair dismissal case but smart guy. Wonder how he got caught though.
@hasher22 , someone at his work snitched
@Soy un Ranchero, snitches get stitches. Wind up in ditches.
He got fired
