Adams was a “a blind, bald, crippled, toothless man who is a hideous hermaphroditic character with neither the force and fitness of a man, nor the gentleness and sensibility of a woman."—Thomas Jefferson.
@Pen is huge, historically speaking john Adams was a good honest man who was simply incompetent
@Pen is huge, you do realize Thomas Jefferson said that while he was running against Adams in a presidential election, right?
@Marida Cruz, ooooh, pulling a captain obvious, on captain obvious. How the plot thickens
And that Congress approved the repeal of net neutrality
@Nudity Industries, Last I checked all we got now is the five person council that ended with 3-2 vote in favor of repeal. Congress has to take their time before making the final decision. In fact I heard a republican congressman(can’t recall who) announced he would propose the CRA invocation to Congress.
@TheRatMan, yeah, I'm totally going to guess that this congress in particular will have nothing but the people's best interests at heart when they vote on repealing Obama era regulations that stifle corporate power and put conglomerates in check a bit more.
Good luck with that optimism young Padawan.
1776 is a good musical if you can get through John Adams’s awkwardness scenes
