How to scare people: Step 1 - Buy a white Ford Crown Victoria. Step 2 - Purchase bull bars from an auto-part store, eBay, or a trucker. Step 3 - Install your bull bars on to the front of your Crown Victoria. Step 4 - Find a friend, relative, someone you hate, or some random person and whenever they go somewhere, tailgate behind them, but do not say or tell them anything. Step 5 - Watch as your victim drives very slow and sh*ts themselves in fear of them thinking you are a police. OPTIONAL: Buy flashing blue LED lights from your local electronic store, eBay, or the Black Market. Turn on your lights whenever you are stuck in traffic. WARNING: Do not dress up as a police officer, as you'll probably look silly.
