Despite it actually teaching boys NOT to be hyper-masculine, womanizing jerks because girls don’t like that kinda stuff? And teaching girls to stand up for themselves and smack some creep silly if the need arises?
@Scott Sterling, was about to say. Dude never scored, like ever.
@karibeson, What’s funny is how when I was a kid, my mom NEVER let me or my brother watch stuff like Rugrats or Ed, Edd, & Eddy. Something about the characters being “rude” or some such crap. But she never said a word against Mr. Bravo here.
@Scott Sterling, i was fine to watch all that, although i had never heard of ed, edd, and eddy back then. But i was forbidden from watching beavis and butthead and ren and stimpy. That one still weirds me out even now
@Scott Sterling, EXACTLY!! And when he ever did score anything close it was with a deer, a werewolf girl, and after he himself got turned into a woman and learned to respect woman because cartoon doesn't fvck around
@karibeson, he almost had a deer
@karibeson, except for that deer
@Scott Sterling, yea I don’t think it would be a problem
@Scott Sterling, yeah but we live in a world today where people judge everything by it's cover and big companies only listen to the vocal majority not the full majority.
@karibeson, well there was that one deer once
ok apparently everybody before me has said that
@Scott Sterling, my mom banned Family Guy in my house after she saw the episode where Peter has to be drunk to play the piano, yet she didn’t have a problem with South Park. 🤨
@Scott Sterling, context what's that
@karibeson, he scoored like once, and that was reindeer chick
@Scott Sterling, Let us not forget the fact that he loves, respects, and admires his mother and that he was growing up in a time where Machismo was kind of expected. He was also a bit of a shrimpy kid growing up with a mullet hairstyle and was probably made fun of so worked to change his image to be accepted. It would probably explain his dislike of Carl since he probably sees who he used to be in him.
@TerryColdfire, I hadn’t even considered that.
@Scott Sterling, I really think that’s his only problem. He’s stuck in a time where it was said that women respected men of his physique and forward, confident attitude. All that hairspray from the 80’s probably didn’t help his grey matter much. XD
@TerryColdfire, Honestly, that could work: bring Johnny Bravo back, but he’s so utterly drenched in the late 90s/early 2000s, and he’s trying to figure out how to adapt to life in 2018.
@Scott Sterling, I’d be happy with that!
No one was more open minded than Johnny. Dude dated a vampire, werewolf, and a literal antelope
Yea but he got his ass handed to him and realized he’s just a cornball
As that one chick said from that one show "It's fvcking funny."
Watched an episode of courage the cowardly dog last night. Forgot how fvcked up that show was.
@I Am Captain Obvious, You are Captain Wrong.
Yet it’s coming back
