Wait they're allowed to play? I thought the world hates them too much to let them play with the world. Like a time out until they learn manners. And human rights.
(edit: not trying to say all north Koreans are bad)
@Scarlet Link, just because they're hated doesn't mean we don't involve them. If we excluded them from taking part in the Olympics they'd only be more justified to hate us, if they refuse to take part that's a different story
@Scarlet Link, excluding them will only make the situation worse, if they're included there's more possibilities of fixes that don't include war
@Lellow0079, I just don't ever really remember seeing them participate before this so I just assumed. But I suppose each country is bias to its own country.
@Scarlet Link, “let’s ostracize them from human activities until they can act like the other humans we’re used to!” Says the “human rights” activist
@Scarlet Link, we don't hate the people there, we hate the dictatorship that controls them. The poor brainwashed people there have no choice but to obey, or be gruesomely executed. And I could be wrong but I think they haven't participated in the Olympics until now because North Korea themselves chose not to.
@Scarlet Link, as a matter of fact, I'm willing to bet the north Korean participants will be executed if they don't perform well
@Lellow0079, North Korea has no justification for anything they’ve done and involving them in the Olympics doesn’t make it any easier on the rest of their population. Kim Jong Un isn’t going to be convinced to stop starving his citizens because we don’t exclude him from the Winter Olympics
@MrJojo, actually they just lie about their performance regardless to the general population. However, they will be sent to a gulag if they so much as whisper about what they saw in SK upon returning to NK.
@MrJojo, they’ve lost their first hockey game 8-0
That guy looks like the North Korean version of Conan O’Brien
