Did you guys think black panther was great like everybody says it is? I thought it was just okay.
@xamotzarm, I thought it was good, I didn't think it was that great though, I certainly don't think it's the greatest thing ever like so many people tried to hype it up as
@xamotzarm, I think he's an excellent lover.
@xamotzarm, No homo
@xamotzarm, soon as it became a stupid issue about race I lost all interest in seeing it. A movie can't just be a fücking movie anymore. It's sad
@xamotzarm, alright but overhyped
@xamotzarm, careful, you might be labeled as a racist! 😉
@Devious Olive , it's funny actually. To me, it was advertised and hyped as much as any other marvel movie, yet people kept going on and on about how it was being overhyped. Really, it's best to go with your gut on this movie
@Devious Olive , THANK YOU. My sister and I thought the same thing when we saw it. Like it was a marvel movie so it was good but since it’s a superhero movie it was also fairly predictable.
@xamotzarm, at the end of the day it's a marvel superhero movie, never worth a perfect score. I can't give an unbiased view because all the hype and politics has ruined this film, so I'm afraid I can't simply enjoy it.
@Devious Olive , agreed...it was ok, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as is being lead on
@xamotzarm, Yeah, I really liked the fact it took place in Africa, that was pretty cool to see. There were lots of problems with the movie though, and it did seem predictable for a superhero movie. I thought it was okay, but I think I’m starting to outgrow superhero movies. After Infinity War (and maybe Deadpool 2) I think I won’t go out of my way to see those types of movies anymore.
I really did like the political struggle, though. That whole thing about Nationalism vs helping out others wasn’t a one sided argument. It was refreshing to see a movie that lets us form our own opinions.
@xamotzarm, if you like Marvel movies, you'll like it. It's not the greatest tjing ever be beheld like a majority of many trash outlets have been praising it to be but I thought it was good
@xamotzarm, it became one of my favorite MCU movies. It’s probably my #4 behind Civil War, Winter Soldier and Iron Man
@xamotzarm, Black people made it overrated and so did white guilt writers and media. It was just... good. Black people made it so racial (of course) and I just didn’t give sh*t.
@xamotzarm, the part where Martin Freeman had to “break the X” made me cringe so hard.
I'm just waiting for someone to accidentally create the "Black Panthers" again without realizing that it was already a thing and not understanding what they were/did
