Research says busses with seatbelts are more dangerous than without
@Thatbright, I was told recently that the newest school buses have seat belts actually. Hard to believe though.
@Thatbright, yeah the seats on a bus are basically crash pads. In a collision they collapse forward when a kid hits them and if a kid is attached to the seat they will be crushed but the collapsing back. That is why the seats have padding on both front and back
@Thatbright, and who did that research, the SCHOOL BUS INDUSTRY? They don't wanna pay extra for seatbelts! #dontbelievethelies
Well if one kid dies it's a tragedy but if 50 die its statistics.
@Policeiu, i have a feeling youre referring to more than just school busses
@Darth Panserbjorne, subways also
Let’s all have a thought for the tragedy that shattered the Humboldt Broncos, their families and friends. RIP to those that left us too soon - courage and speedy recovery to the survivors. ❤️
Saves on medical bills
Only the strong live
REPOST REEE I REMEMBER BACK IN MIDDLE SCHOOL (midway through college rn) WHEN I RODE THE BUS I DOWNLOADED THIS MEME REPOST REEEE HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME REEEEE
Its more efficiently that way to kill them, um I MEAN, wow, this is terrible we shod do something about it.
So you got 50 kids and one bus driver... you think kids are just going to go on the bus and behave nicely, put their seat belt on and listen to the one adult that barely cares about them?
@Canadianlumber, no, putting seatbelts on busses is more to ensure the intelligent kids survive an accident.
@Empshok, *unintelligent. There is a reason there are none.
