So a coworker yesterday got really tired of people constantly asking what the hold up on paperwork was to get things done. So he sarcastically started to create a flow chart of the entire approval process, until he realized the thing was legit. It was so convoluted that he wound up sending it to the managers to show the inefficiency of the system. They loved the diagram so much they passed it around as a "helpful guide", instead of taking the hint.
