I’ve been waiting for this Venom movie since rumors started in 2011. Disappointing to hear it was meh, still gonna go see it though probably
@K1l, went and saw it last night. Personally I liked it, better than most superhero movies I’ve seen.
@K1l, for Marvel standards its about a Hulk or Iron Man 3 level but the CGI is especially horrible
@K1l, from what I hear, most people bjtch because they didn't make him a villain. Diehard fans like us are happy they went more of a "Venom: Lethal Protector" route.
@K1l, remember the rush hour movies with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker? Expect that with a super hero storyline... I really enjoyed it but if you go in expecting a normal marvel movie you will be let down... Expect to have fun watching a buddy cop movie
@K1l, I saw it last night and it was great in my opinion. I laughed so much and it had many serious moments in it too. Marvel directors tend to have a great balance between the two. The story line was pretty good. But the way he got venom went against the comics i believe. I think its just going to be another series, kind of like The Dark Knight series, that doesn't feature along with the main set of movies and is its own thing.
@K1l, I heard rumors that the whole "Venom ducks, don't bother watching" campaign was started by Lady Gaga's followers in an attempt to promote her remake of A Star Is Born.
@ThePandaPool , watched it a few hours ago, and I thought that at the beginning but it doesn't really turn out that way, or well not as much as I thought it was going to. I went into it thinking thinking it was going to be me, but it was actually enjoyable and pretty good, although the amount of motion blur on everything is kind of annoying, and the cgi fights have alot of it, making alot hard to actually make out.
@K1l, it was fun. I enjoyed it. I hope you do
Venom was kind of stupid, but it was fun.
Pretty sure it’s not part of the MCU, though.
HEY GUYS. MEME IS WRONG. CLEARLY TOOTHLESS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE TEETH
@sammy23535, I seem to recall he could retracted the teeth when not in use and that's where the confusion comes from.
@Cl3v3rN1ckn4me, ohhh. Sure? In that case, my bad!
@Cl3v3rN1ckn4me, You are correct
It's funny because the venom symbiote can use chemicals in chocolate as a substitute for brain matter when it is hungry
