The whole point is you pay what you think something is worth to you. Now if you wanna just be a sheep, this is what you get.
@ThePandaPool , Influencers have decided that Payless shoes are worth too much money. But they aren't. Therefore the Influencers themselves are by definition a scam.
@faptcha, eh, value of the item is technically what it costs to produce and break even. Items all sell for profit, it’s just up to the company how much profit they think they can make. If someone is dumb enough to spend it, that’s on them.
@BeauTheServiceDog, no sympathy here
They refunded everyone. It was a consumer test and payless won. People are idiots
Oh, that's ridiculous! That could never happen... right?
(Glances at high priced bottles water)
I mean, if people are gonna pay $640 for a pair of shoes, I dont blame them
@Foreskin Ripper, hey hey hey take it easy, it clearly says it was a pair of boots. Totally different.
@The Puppet Man, you're right lol my bad
This must have been a super expensive marketing campaign, then again, seemingly super effective, so good on Payless.
Maybe it's cause I work for a living, but I think most things are over priced and because of that choose to not have them.
A fool and their riches are soon separate.
