Worse. Grammar. Ever.
@fvck me sideways, worster
@CunningLinguist, Worcestershire sauce
I dont get it. Yeah its black hands on a lighter black background, which is what some people prefer when decorating. Why is it bad?
@I am the potato, it's because they are looking at it in a functional sense. I agree with you though. It's pretty, and even though its difficult to see/use, it may be nice decoration.
@ThePandaPool , Yep. Not like anybody ever actually checks the nearby wall clock, anyway. Things are pretty well obsolete. Not to mention, god, the ticking.
@I am the potato, cuz it’s black
@Berntley, I still have wall clocks. I constantly check them since my phone is often not near me most of the day
@Berntley, cmon, im 24 and i still have and see wall clocks all the time and u dont hear the ticking unless ur point blank.
@Univofga01, For decorative purposes, they’re fine, but I pretty much always have my phone on me, so I’m not likely to rely on them, ever. Or I’ve got my watch. I absolutely can’t have a clock in the bedroom, though. I will zero in on the ticking, and will not be able to sleep. Something I have enough trouble with, as is.
@I am the potato, maybe the person who took the pic has trouble differentiating between color shades.
@Berntley, watched r pretty much just jewelry for show now anytime somebody needs to know the time they check their phone even if they're wearing a watch most ppl probably don't even know how to read a watch anymore
@sgc6610, Except I’ve been wearing some kind of smart watch since before the Pebble was a thing. Plus, even at that time, I HAD to wear a watch, because I wasn’t allowed to have my phone on me at work (still did, though), but I was required to be able to keep track of the time. Basically, my watch has always served some further utility purpose, rather than just a timepiece, for nearly ten years now.
@Berntley, I like to wear my watch out but I actually use it to tell time too and it comes in handy since smartphones r sh t and die so quickly now
@sgc6610, Can’t say smartwatches are built with longevity in mind, these days, either. I had two Microsoft Bands, and they both broke within the same year. My Apple Watch is honestly pretty unwieldly, and far from my favorite. The Pebble was pretty unbeatable in terms of basic use. Also for a pretty accessible price.
@Berntley, yea it's so f cked up that all these things r so ridiculously expensive and they're built to break within a year cause apparently they don't make enough money selling them at these outrageous prices
@sgc6610, I know, right? My Apple Watch right now is a series 2, I think. I used to be much more about the next new thing, but with Apple, it stopped being worth it about three or four iPhones ago (maybe earlier). I’m still big on exploring tech integration, and even backed the Xenso smart ring, and can’t wait to see how that works out.
@Berntley, I'm gonna take a guess and say it's not gonna be that spectacular and it's gonna stop working after a year
@sgc6610, Maybe, But we’ll see. I wasn’t disappointed with the Pebble, and that was a kickstarter, too. And these dudes are working stupid hard on optimizing this thing, and bringing something new to the table. It’s a risk, I’ll admit, but hopefully it’s worth something.
@Univofga01, I have one too. When my grandma passed, while my family was fighting over her jewelry and money in her account, all I wished for and wanted was the clock she had on her wall. And I feel blessed that that's what I've gotten. I have it hanging on my wall, displayed where all can see and enjoy, unlike the the stuff the rest of my family wanted, sure they have more monetary value, but I have the best. A sentimental value.
@Blasphemy is Fun, I'm color blind. I can still read it.
@I am the potato, not color blind just trouble differentiating colors. Different people are better or worse at it depending on their eyes and cones or whatever
@I am the potato, It's because it only comes in black
What? Who doesn’t love a big black clock?
@Mike Oxhuge, this should be top comment, honestly
Then what’s the better clock ever?
Don't the numbers light up tho?
Yeah but is it a black or is it a slightly darker black?
F*ck you, stuckpixel, for giving this the thumbs up to recent, but making 90% of my uploads survive the gauntlet of uncut before making it here.
But it was made by the top 5 rappers of all “time”
I don't really see the problem. I have a movado, which don't even have numbers and I can still tell time
A somewhat humorous meme is made completely moot with horrible grammar.
You’re an anti-clockite
@Tank411, you must be anti clock smart. Or counter clock wise....
