I like south park’s portrayal of the Zucker.

It’s “private 😉”
The other day I sent a regular text (NOT fb messenger) to my friend asking if she was planning on doing Six Flags this summer. Later that day, and since, ads for Six Flags have been showing up on my newsfeed.
@Not him again, I looked up an Omen gaming laptop at home on my phone, and do you know what ad I saw on my work computer that I had never even once looked up? Omen. The same laptop. This happened in the span of one day.

"We Google, can see eeevverrrythiiing"
Mostly Google. Whatever account you are signed in on can see where go in the internet even device to device. So every time you go to a site or search google it gets tracked and the data sold to an advertiser who custom delivered your ads across most of your platforms. The good news is it’s completely AI driven and google doesn’t sell your name other than your biographical data.
@MattF, all social media does the same thing. To stop this sign out of google Facebook or twitter before you do any searching. Use Firefox and a cookie blocker along with Privacy Badger (Firefox app). Also use private window and Tor is good too. Good luck.
