That dude is only 23? :0
@PacificaPelican, add 10 and that was closer to my guess
@PacificaPelican, eating ass has really taken its toll on him
@PacificaPelican, I’m 23 in 2 days and I look nowhere near that old... but I feel like I’m 80
This doesn’t sound like a Florida Man thing, more like an American thing
@Prince super Vegeta , that’s cause it is. Th US constitution overrules all judgement of those who don’t want this man to proudly display that he eats ass.
Am I the only one bothered by the extra asterisk in the headline?
@110100100, At first I thought (it being a British paper) they’d used ‘arse’ in the headline - but that spelling doesn’t work. So yeah, I’m bothered that a professional news outlet misspelled ass or arse.
Legality aside, I hate people like this. Along with the ones with metal scrotums hanging from their truck's trailer hitch.
There is precedent for profanity being an exception to that rule in public settings.
@TomPholio, Not entirely. For a private citizen. Free speech would overule any such precedents as far as I know. This might be the case for a business however.
But unless some judge ruled against the constitution. This would fall in the same category of you wearing T-shirts, or speaking whatever words you choose. Assuming its nonthreatening.
This including flipping off cops. Which has already been deemed free speech by a judge who ruled in favor of a guy who flipped them off every time he saw one and the cops tried to bully him into quitting.
Sue the cop, bet he wont violate someones constitutional rights again.
What was even the rationale for arresting? I’ve seen worse things printed on license plates
@TriangleTesticles, the cop must have been from out of state
What you want at a price you’ll love
I paid for FP pro so I wouldn’t have to see ads. Crop your pics dammit.
@ImNotRacistBut, is this some rich problem I'm too poor to understand?
Justice is real
Sounds like the cop was jelly that it wasn't his @ss getting eaten.
He took his chevy to the levy but the levy was dry
