He should be wearing a hairnet and non-slip shoes. Also that was 100% his fault. There's a reason we yell "Behind." One restaurant I worked in also yelled "swinging hot" if we were just turning from one side of the line to the other with a hot pan or fryer basket.

Worked in a pizzaria also. See and knowing sucks on whats actually going on behind the scenes. Alos worked in medical field. So yeah. Everyrhing os appearences.

Workers should not clean bathrooms (bodily fluids , hep a etcc... ) of hotels without gloves to then touch and handle eveything else. Cross contaminacion btw the houseman are bellman and evrything else . they do dirty work. hotel changes employesles like every 2 weeks . there is no followed standards or rules osha is non existent. building and dust from construcion materiales flow in the hallways.

@Swolekage, if the kitchen is separated from the customer area, a lot of employees don’t use gloves. Some might have buckets of bleach water to sanitize their hands though.

@Swolekage, health code is that you only need to wear gloves when touching prepared food. If the food is going to be cooked after you touch it you dont need gloves. Because he touched the pizza without gloves post cooking they should toss it, but they probably served it. The situation is also completely his fault, you always say "behind" loudly when crossing someone on a line.

@Swolekage, I will admit sometimes if I'm rushing I will just grab what I need and put it together but I make damn sure my hands are clean and sanitized first. But that doesn't happen very often as I usually have gloves on while I'm near the line even if I'm just acting as a feeder that day
