@boardinsocal, while I agree with you, and the way he is doing it is wildly unsafe as it shows, resistance provides a different work out than just straight up more weight

@boardinsocal, The goal of any workout is to take up as much space as possible and get mad at anyone that comes close to it. He was doing pretty well til his eye popped out.

@hasher2288, resistance training with weights in your arms is about the dumbest thing I can think of. I work out pretty often, and this is just some dumbass who doesn't know what he's doing
@Not him again, the reason to do this is because it changes the strength curve of the exercise. Curls with weights are hardest in the middle of the movement and bands are hardest at the end of the movement. By combining them it gets hard about halfway through and stays hard. There’s a reason for it. Not something I usually do myself but it’s not nonsense.
