That looks like frog wrapped in bacon.
@Ze Grammar Nazi, I... I can’t unsee that
@Ze Grammar Nazi, the French don't like that slur dude
@Scottles, lmao. Nice work
My heart just stopped.
@LightskinDarkNig, Did you eat a couple of those? Because that's heart attack on a plate
@Blood penguin, they should be fried and battered too. *keels over*
@LightskinDarkNig, if it’s in Texas it was fried. It’s a state law
As a Texan can confirm, stuffed jalapeños (jalapeño poppers as we call them) are the bomb. Had them stuffed with crab not to long ago blew my freaking mind. 👌🏼
Literally can have any kind of meat in them they are absolutely delicious.
@Niam Leeson, that sounds absolutely amazing
@Niam Leeson, I absolutely love making these, peppers wrapped with bacon stuffed with cream cheese are basic but super great. Honestly you could literally put whatever you wanted in them. These in the picture have bacon, cream cheese, jalepeño pepper, and brisket and they’re amazing
@WindowsPhoneFTW, I don’t think I could ever convince my father to do this. Cause he holds his brisket in very high regard. Not that I’d be particularly encouraging. Jalapeños are like the only pepper I don’t like the flavor of.
There needs to be something better than cream cheese in there. I say bbq sauce and mac and cheese.
@ThePandaPool , you may not like cream cheese but trust me cream cheese jalapeño poppers are fvcking great. Wrapping it in the 2 glorious types of meat has made me more erect than I previously thought possible. But bbq mac n cheese is great too
@ThePandaPool , my family puts tuna with Monterrey Jack cheese
@SouthShadow24, tuna steaks, yes. Canned tuna, no.
i love texas
I'm pretty sure a Texas twinkies is just a twinkie
Can I get mine glazed with brown sugar?!
*drools in texan*
Nasty ass cream cheese, why not more meat.
@GunLovingMerican, it's to balance the spiciness of the jalapeño. The lactose (I'm pretty sure) neutralizes the capsaicin, so you get to enjoy the flavor rather than chemical burns on your tongue.
I know jalapeños aren't all that spicy, but I'm pretty sure that's the purpose the cream cheese serves. But, if you're into really spicy stuff for the sake of spicy stuff, then removing the cream cheese would likely be an improvement.
@Doctor Yak, ah makes sense, i just hate the texture of cream cheese.
