Get a pallet under the left two, drop the third onto the pallet while pushing the 2 on the right back upright. Once the pallet is there if the ones in the back need to be moved, they can.

@Thone09, move other boxes underneath the arch

@Thone09, all you do is but a pallet under the two suspended boxes and use an electric jacklift to raise it underneath them. Then get one of those electric lift platform that you stand on and push the other leaning boxes back into place. The two suspended boxes don't fall because of the pallet and the leaning ones just go back where they were. Simple.
OSHA wants to know your location.
