@That one lurker, the largest portion of the country that voted leave were English and elderly. Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland nearly unanimously voted for stay.
It’s also pretty clear that leadership is realizing that leaving is way more complicated than they planned and are bungling the process terribly. So the Brexit you were promised is not going to happen, if it ever does happen, it’ll be full of concessions and not likely to make Britain stronger.
It’s like people who argue for Texas secession. Yeah you’d be free from the “tyranny” of the federal government, but you’d also lose all of their resources.
