I don't know if even flex tape can fix that much damage.
I have one source saying that the D&D style HP for earth-like planets is about 120,000. Luckily other calculations also place it anywhere between billions to septillions of HP, to not being a single object, so maybe it's not over yet.
@R2D2, that's a pretty big damage spread. But for one city maybe it's enough
@PacificaPelican, considering that none of the calculations I've read places any human weapon in that damage range and that we've destroyed cities, I'd say so.
The fact though is that D&D HP abstractions, and the damages dealt to them, take into account things that planets and objects don't have like plot armour and skill. It already strains the imagination to make sense of math that springs from these rules without applying them to objects.
I read the article, it read that this was the biggest dice roll in history since brexit.
