It all depends on the breed they are amazing dogs but you ain’t gonna get much brains with a boxer.
@Thone09, you will get lots of energy and cuddles tho.
@Thone09, I mean my dog is smart enough to know shes cute and that she can use that cuteness to manipulate my dad to get more treats
@Thone09, they are smart, they just act dumb i swear
@Thone09, same goes for the breed of dog
@Thone09, one of the smartest dogs I ever met was my Boxer, she was freakishly smart.
Hey, I love dogs, but anyone who thinks a dog is smarter than a human is only right when comparing dogs to themselves, because that’s idiotic.
We love them for their goodness, not their smartness.
Look at this smartboi. Protecting his hooman from the shifty eyed monster.
That's a boxer. No one ever said boxers are smart.
@ThePandaPool , but the have a great personality
@robee, good natured, but neurotic.
Well, you’d be startled too if Oobi showed up to your house unannounced.
Well it’s a boxer...
Well he did say "sometimes "
Not this one obviously but sometimes
Anyone who has ever called a dog the “smartest creatures ever” had never been around one.
Edit: I fvcking love dogs
@MetalHeadTony, mine turned his head kept walking and walked headfirst into a fire hydrant they may not be the smartest animals but they are the most loving animals you’ll ever have the good fortune of meeting as well as useful with humanity still finding new ways to implement them in working environments be it search and rescue or simply drug sniffing the dog is the greatest thing mankind has ever created
@eleven, I do t disagree. All I’m saying is my father was a K-9 handler for many years. His dogs could track, bite, search and sniff anything, but they still gave a head nod and a confused bark any time the door bell rang or they found a pill in their lunch meat.
@MetalHeadTony, you know it’s kinda odd you have camera’s for sight, microphone for hearing, pressure detectors for touch, and well there’s never been a need for taste but a few modified chemical analysis tools could simulate that sense well enough but yet we’ve never been able to simulate smell in any decent capacity odd
@eleven, nor can we see why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
