NO. this is NOT ok. The Birthmas gifts are NOT acceptable.
@Fairy Squad Mother, what I tell people is that sure, you can combine it but it's a double the price present. Lol
@TurtleBlink, ooooooh I like that plan
@Fairy Squad Mother, I’m born on the 27:th and I have always gotten ridiculously happy whenever I received a b-day present NOT wrapped in Christmas paper...
@Fairy Squad Mother, my birthday is mid December and I'm just grateful to get gifts in the first place.
@Fairy Squad Mother, I was born 4 days after Christmas but my parents always made it two separate days with a fair amount of gifts both days
@Fairy Squad Mother, agreed. My family always went out of their way to make my birthday and Christmas two separate things
@GonMoose the Great, mine too. My birthday is Dec 17 and they were always super cool about it. Happy birthday other December babies!
@Fairy Squad Mother, mine is Dec 27th, never had a legit birthday party with friends.
Being born the day after Christmas 🎄 I can confirm this.
@slydinclyde, I just politely ask for a bigger present. My birthday party gets cut short due to Christmas. But yeah.
Mine is on the 22nd. My family never pulled this stunt because I have 2 siblings. But I’m sure if I was an only child they would totally do this.
My family doesn’t celebrate Christmas or birthdays , is this some sort of privileged joke I’m not getting.
I think this is fine under one circumstance. If you are a person who normally spends $50 dollars (example price for simplicity) on a gift for someone and you spend $100 on a single birthmas gift I think that’s fine.
Mine was the 7th, and this meme is true. However, I have a friend and his is on the 26th... Drew always got a ton of presents when we were kids... but they were very wealthy... I got my cousin's old bike one year...
*sips coffee *
Mines on the 12th
As somebody born on Dec. 31, I can confirm, this is the truth.
Born on Christmas Eve. Never had this. Usually got a bigger gift for my birthday, like a phone or game console. Christmas was smaller to medium sized gifts with the occasional large gift. It's all I've ever known. Have never felt lacking in the gift department.
A friend of mine was born on the 24th december, when we celebrate christmas here in Sweden, and he is so damn tired of the question "Do you get the double amount of gifts?"
My birthday is tomorrow and I mainly just go out to eat and get a card with some money in it. I'm easy to please.
At least mine’s on the 11th, so I never had to deal with that :)
