@AJMalone, Any blind person I’ve known has had a similar sense of humor about their sight loss. They also will use the same phrases. “See you later”, “I see what you mean”. They’re still pretty tied to everyday vernacular, same as we are.
I tried to take the blood pressure on a double amputee once. In my defense it was 2am and he had REALLY good prosthetics. He said he'd give me a hand next time....cheeky MF.
